I was kept there for an over an hour, and then told that they could not help me for cellulitis which they knew that as soon as they saw me, but kept me there telling me how serious it was and that they wouldn’t even give me an antibiotic for it that I needed to go to an urgent care clinic or the emergency room and then charged me $150
Very offensive From the beginning that they could not help me I definitely would not recommend that anyone go there unless you’re getting a vaccination which they offered multiple times for me to get a Covid shot. A flu shot a pneumonia shot , You know upsell me, which I could appreciate it any other time, but not when I have an open wound on my leg I guess the live and learn

Was denied service and canceled appt due to our race. My son was trying to get a meningitis shot for college and clinic refused and also tried to get him to pay $300 even though he has insurance. This location is racist and I do not recommend!

I got there at 6:35 in a complete panic, despite it being past time of them accepting patients, I got an appointment and was able to be seen. Dr. M Karkikc was a complete Angel, so personal and made me feel comforted, and stayed late to treat me 10/10

Amazing experience every time at this clinic. Ms. B. is amazing and really cares for her patients. This is now my go to clinic on the weekends or times my Primary Care is not convenient.

Wife went in today for sore throat and cough. We knew it was some form of bacterial infection bit they didnt believe us. They didn't listen to her lungs or do a normal diagnostic on her. They just said it's likely a flu after doing a strep throat swab. She collapsed in the waiting room and ended up in an ambulance. Turns out it was pneumonia. If they did basic medical diagnostic steps we would have been given an antibiotic and sent on our merry way, instead we have 300k in medical debt due to their gross negligence and medical malpractice. Do not come here, they are quacks

Nurse practitioner Elite refused to see us and cancelled our apt. She said they did not take our insurance. When we said we would be self-pay she told us that doing so would be insurance fraud! Their website says, in two different places, that if minute clinic doesn’t accept your insurance you can pay in other ways. She turned us away which was embarrassing. It was an awful feeling to have a sick child moments away from care, then to be refused service when you know she is incorrect. We weren’t able to get in anywhere else for 7 hours!! She wasted our entire day and left my child in pain.

Didn’t want to take off work for a doctor visit so thought I’d try the minute clinic on a weekend. It says walk-ins available but when I got there they said I needed an appointment. FYI: those are opposite statements. Appointment options were 1 for every 4 hours. Suffice to say I didn’t get to see a doctor. Every clinic is booked in a 20 mile radius and they DON’T take walk-ins.

I took my daughter in for a COVID test and the nurse Mrs. Elit Bernales went above and beyond, not only did she do the test but she checked my daughter's throat and ears and explained everything that was going on. She was really nice and helpful in making sure that I understood what she was explaining. Thank you Mrs. Bernales and Thank you Minute Clinic 👍👍👌
