I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes and when I got to the front of the line someone inside had taped a sign in the window that the drive through was not working and to go inside. Inside the line was about a dozen people long. I'm finding a different pharmacy.

I have great concerns over the pharmacists at this CVS. I had a prescription for a medicine from my doctor and they did not use his dosage on the package on the box of the prescription that CVS printed. They used half the dosage. I looked up the prescription on their system and they did it wrong. I went to talk to the pharmacist and he argued with me. He knew he made a mistake, but said it made no difference as the medicine would last for the 90 days that it should last. He missed the point, and kept arguing with me, and finally stopped talking to me. My husband was with me and we talked about how disrespectful he was. Somehow, this pharmacist did not think he was wrong, by putting the wrong dose information that did not match the dr prescription on the box provided to the customer. He should lose his license. And he needs a lesson in respect and customer service. He was the male Asian pharmacist at this store. He is terrible and should not be allowed to continue doing this job. Very unhappy. Walgreens never treated us like this nor did they make mistakes like this and then deny it. Horrible. It is pretty basic for a pharmacist to following a doctors dosage orders.

Do yourself a favor, if an Indian lady answers the phone when you call, hang up and keep calling until someone else picks up the phone. She has told me a bold face lie TWICE!

My hat's off to Ms. Laney who walked me through the entire photo printing process of printing some 8 X 10's of my grandchildren with their mom and dad at this CVS location and on top of that, she gave me a $4.00 coupon for my next visit to use on any item !!! Ms. Tammie was kind enough to take a photo of me dressed as Indiana Jones with Ms. Laney. There's an adventure to be had at CVS!!! Harrison Ford Impersonator Mike Goldberg on cameo, gigsalad, or tributeproductions.

Came here for flu shot with an appointment at 7 and now is 7:20 and not even checked in. They are crazy busy here. When I asked should I book another appointment and one lady yelled at me said she has been waiting for 45 mins. Chill....I wasn't asking him to do his job to help me right now even I had an appointment... I was asking him if he is too busy I will book another appointment. Don't come to this CVS. Stupid customers and Long line always. The pharmacy is so ridiculous. Should you help people who has appointments first ?

I went to go pick up my medicine at the pharmacy on my lunch break and found out they were closed now during lunchtime which is fucking ridiculous. I will be changing pharmacies for sure.

Beware when using CVS pharmacies they will refill prescriptions without your approval. They continuously text you wanting to refill prescriptions and you reply NO. My wife stops to pick up a different prescription for me and they slip in the prescription I repeatedly refused to refill. When she tried to return it in the original unopened CVS bag and the pharmacist refused to take it back. Fortunately my insurance has relaxed their requirement that we only use CVS pharmacies. I will be going back to Kroger across the street where their prices are more reasonable and they appreciate your business and don't slip in unwanted refills. There have been reports of CVS pulling this crap across the country since 2015 so obviously it is a corporate scheme. Never will spend another dime at CVS!

Went here for my moderna vaccine & there was at least 5 people in pharmacy and I sat there for almost 10 mins where it says "vaccine check in" just to not get anyone's attention. Once it was already past my appointment I decided to ask a lady on the phone at the register who can help me, she was very nice & told me this wasn't her normal store but still proceeded to help me check in. I felt like I was a bother to the staff when I made this appointment a week prior. Going to reschedule my 2nd dose to another cvs, don't recommend going.

This is the worst CVS ever. Zero customer service, and half hour long pickup lines, regardless of inside or drive thru or time of day. Thanks to our wonderful insurance, I have to use cvs for one medication

This is 2019 and the most racist bullshit is happening to me. Online day after day when something happens to a person of color it's said we should do this or follow this. Well I'm trying to pick up money via money gram and the manager said the store doesn't have cash. Not buying that one. But no voice raised and no anger. Just a review and I'll definitely take something that shouldn't even be an issue further. I have my ID which is current and the number needed for the transaction. Shouldn't have to go through this.

I was at cvs tonight to pick some ear drops for my son . Store associates Sharon and Justin were very attentive for the customers needs,Guided me to search for coupons for the product I was interested in buying.Great sales associates like Sharon and Justin are asset to cvs front store.They were very respectful and helpful.Keep up the good work Sharon and Justin.

It's a shame this one experience is what's pulling this review down. The other visits I've had at this CVS have been nice and the customer service is a high average... MOST of the time. What really pulls this review down is when I called in to the "24 hour" pharmacy and asked if they had a Minute Clinic, the pharmacist or pharm tech, Maro, answered the phone and said no, they didn't have one. I asked if he knew of a CVS nearby that has a Minute Clinic, he paused and said that I could find that information out online. I was a little surprised that that was the answer I got, but I figured, well maybe there's no way for him to see... I don't know. I didn't think much of it. That same morning, I called in for a prescription to be filled and he said that I'd have to give him 30-45 minutes, at 8:00am, because he said when he looked it up that it wasn't in stock, so he'll have to see if they have it. Suspicious, because of the previous phone conversation I had with him, I decided to go into the store before 8:00 because I needed the antibiotics. He was the only one working at the pharmacy and I swear when he saw me, he looked down at his watch, as if his shift was almost over... and I was right, it was almost over because the other pharmacists came in as he was talking to me. I told him what I came in there for and asked the pharmacist who had just walked in if they had any of that antibiotic and the pharmacist said YES, it's right here, while he grabs a giant bottle of it from a bottom shelf. Maro, who had obviously been too lazy to look up my order and fill it and was just waiting for someone else to do it after his shift, finally filled my order, all before 8:00. He was very personable and not rude at all, but very deceiving as he lied to me when I asked him to fill my prescription over the phone. That experience was bad enough to knock off 3 stars. All the other times, have been quite pleasant for a pharmacy.
