I love this store. The people who work there are very kind and friendly. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because I have found items with past expiration dates or with "packaged on" dates that are over 2 years old. Yesterday, I purchased some sesame sticks for my kids from the bulk section. They tasted awful, and when I checked the exp. date, I realized there was none and that they had been packaged back in 2022 and 2023. So, great place, just make sure you check those dates.

I like this store. The only weird thing about it is they set up a maze to get to the checkout counter and it's the strangest thing. It's very narrow. It's cluttered. I just wished it was more open and airy.

It's evident that the recent changes in staffing have had a positive impact on my visits here. Unlike other stores where I often find myself wandering aimlessly without any assistance, I appreciate that the staff here genuinely care and are proactive in asking if I need help. This makes it a pleasant stop on my way home after work.

Absolutely “Love” this Keller ❤️ location. All the employees have always been exceptional and are willing to assist whenever I have ask. Their produce is superior quality!!!A Great Natural Grocery store … they have everything that is needed.

Naturals over all is great, but a few locations have unfriendly employees with Keller being the worst. This store was unbearable until here recently they hired a few new people including a new black girl that is always amazing.This particular location needs fresher veggies and fruit. Purchased a garlic bulb only to get home and the inside was rotted. I was not able to find a fresh cucumber the other day either.

We have loved going to the Natural Grocers store on North Tarrant Parkway. The staff is very polite and helpful. We are sad this particular store is closing.The other Natural Grocers store in Keller is not as friendly. You can certainly tell the difference. So we may not continue to shop at this store as much for that reason.I really miss the store on North Tarrant Parkway. I live in that area and that store was way more convenient and the staff was always so friendly and greeted you when entering the store.

I try my best to live a nontoxic lifestyle, and Natural Grocers makes that easier! When I first visited, I was genuinely so amazed at all the fantastic items available including many items that I previously could only find online. This is hands-down my favorite grocery store.

Not all Natural Grocers are created equal. This one carries the cereal that my husband likes and the one closer to my home does not. Boohoo!!
