I’ve been going to Oasis, nail spa for quite some time. They never disappoint. Everyone is very friendly and very passionate about what they do today and do a fabulous job.Today I had a dip French manicure. Orchid was my nail tech and she did a fabulous job as she always does.

Worst experience I’ve had at a salon. Very unfriendly people. There was hair and dirt on the outside of the pedi bowl. The lady giving my 10 yr old daughter a pedi was rude, never smiled or said a nice word to her. Even snapped at her when she didn’t understand what she was saying. My pedi was terrible, lady ran through it quickly. Polish is outside my nails and they weren’t filed properly. Very disappointed.

I have been a client for 9 years. When Kim ( the owner) was here, everything worked great!! Customer service, attitude, respect, friendliness.
Today I had the worst experience with an employee name ORCHID ( Vietnamese with very bad English) . She did my pedicure on July 3rd and came back and asked her to redo it again because she didn’t clean the cuticle, my nails were not cut and the enamel was not well applied. This person became very disrespectful, extremely aggressive and screaming out loud that all the other customers were shocked of the way she behaved. Also she said I had to pay again and of course I didn’t do it. Terrible experience!!!
