I love Fran's classes and her encouragement!! I sit behind a piano daily and I get very stiff throughout the week and I'm now 50 yrs old. After a class I feel so much stronger and have less pain. It just makes me want to take more :)

Fran’s classes are relaxed. I never feel self-conscious about not being able to do a pose. She’s helpful with giving tips to improve.
