Record time windshield replacement! John did an awesome job-met me in the autozone parking lot because I’m traveling & I relaxed at Starbucks with a book. I highly recommend Optic-Kleer glass services. The service cost $347 in cash which is less than other places are charging with tax and unnecessary upsells. My window is crystal clear and he got the rear view mirror andstate sticker back on perfectly!!

I had a large crack in my front windshield. After much research, I decided on Optic-Kleer to replace the entire windshield. I was very pleased. They were friendly, efficient quick and thoroughly explained the process. The waiting room was super clean, comfortable and overlooked the garage area where you could watch them work on your vehicle. Fast, friendly, affordable and very professional! Our passenger side window was on the receiving end of a rock that flew off a truck and cracked in the middle of the window, completely across. Diane and Eric were amazing and we could not be happier! Thank you! I highly recommend this company!

Edit. One year later I am still having issues. The sealant he used to put the side pieces on my explorer melted off. The windshield whistles. Pay to go to a dealership. Biggest hassle now I just get to spend even more money replacing all the parts that weren't properly installed that have fallen off, melted or crumbled away. But hey he was nice and tried to. Eric restored my 03 headlights. I had been, until recently retired, in customer service for over 37 years, so I can recognize professional, first rate service-Eric provided that, with honesty. . He was cordial, as were the others at the business, and the results were exceptional. Just as important, before he agreed to charge me for the restoration, he "tested" one of the headlights, to see if his work would make a difference, in the appearance of the head light, and insisted that he would not charge me, if it did not. That is, he is a very honest professional, that was 'looking out" for me. Well done, Eric. Well done.
