Customer service is wonderful. I had an item that I broke and of course it’s sentimental so I wanted to get it replaced. I called them and they were so great about getting a new one sent.

My niece bought me a pair of earrings for Christmas (which she was super happy to get to do.) one fell out of my ear while we were out and about and I contacted the store and they sent me a pair to replace them. They responded quickly (even during the busy holiday season) and were so nice. Love businesses like these!
