A few weeks ago I got my oil changed elsewhere that also offers a/c service. I asked them to see if they can fix this leak I’ve had in my car, explained that when I turn on the A/C the liquid leaks onto my floorboard & has completely soaked the floor. They told me I needed to see a specialist.
I went to this pep boys & Jordan & Marcos were phenomenal! They knew exactly what I was talking about, they had me in & out in under 10 minuets and were both extremely kind & friendly! I definitely recommend this location, especially Jordan & Marcos! Thank you guys so so much!!

The service was quick, accurate and friendly…. The service manager was helpful and insightful into helping me buy tires and I took advantage of buy three and fourth is no price AND the install was TOTALLY free… least costly tire deal I saw…. Definitely should be an option if you are looking

I had a fantastic experience. Unfortunately I had a nail in my tire. I came in with my pressure being 8. The boys instantly took me in got me all fixed up with no charge. The staff was so nice. When I actually need to buy tires, I am going to come here. A wonderful experience and environment.

WARNING!!!
Stay far away from this place as possible. I called them Saturday morning to come get an oil change on my car. I was first told that I could make an appointment for Sunday just to have the man come back and tell me the soonest they could do it would be Monday morning when they open. I take time off work to come up here just to have him tell me that they don’t have any oil filters and can’t do an oil change today.
When I ask what could be done to get it resolved today his response was he doesn’t know what to tell me other than he can’t do it.
They will waste Your time and money so, I would not trust them to touch my car anyway. I pray for anyone who does.

I wish I could give more stars!
I was serviced by Jordan today and I just want to express how genuine and professional this man was.
He provided great service, he was kind and quick.
I was worried I would have to bring my twin babies in but he accommodated us in a way that would allowed us to stay in the car.
Y’all have earned a loyal customer because of Jordan. Every time I need an auto/tire service I will be coming here as well as recommending my family and friends.
