  Shortly after our carpet was installed bunching occurred from not being properly stretched. Seams were also noticeable immediately and the padding doesn't go all the way to the wall or doorways. To date, problems continue despite the company returning twice to address the areas. The owner stated we might have "faulty carpet" which sometimes happens. I contacted the company again to see what they can do since the issues are continuing and received no response. The carpet looks as bad as the 10 year old carpet that was replaced.

  We are renovating a few rooms in our home, as well as all of the floors throughout. To us, this is a pretty significant job. After we had the owner Benson come take measurements, we were told that our quote should be available by the end of the following week. I contacted the company on the following Thursday to get an update on when we might hear from them, and the lovely Christina said that we should hear something by the next day. Friday went by, and we didn't hear anything. We were on a time crunch, and they knew this prior the initial visit. We decided to just let time go by, waiting to hear from them. Another week went by with no quote. We received a text from Christina confirming (this word was used in the text.) that we would have the quote by end of day on Friday. This is now the end of week 2. By this time, I received a text and an email from Benson asking questions about a couple of things. It wasn't until mid week of the third week that we finally received a quote. Not only was the quote process extremely slow, especially after being told twice that we'd be receiving it, but it was also almost double the amount of the first company we chose. Most of the items we chose from them were the exact same materials. We were trying to make sure we were comparing apples to apples, or as close as we possibly could to get an accurate comparison. It was quite shocking to say the least.

  We cannot say enough about the entire staff at Prestige Floors, especially Christina. She provided excellent customer care during our material selection process and throughout the scope of the entire project. We had 2100 square feet of porcelain wood-look floor tile installed and the master shower completely renovated. The entire tile team provided a worry free work environment and exhibited a craftsmanship I have not seen in quite awhile. The Prestige Floor team were always very informative and kept us in the loop at all times. We are so grateful that we made the choice to hire Prestige Floors in Keller. Worth every penny!

  We are extremely pleased with our new floors! We would highly recommend the entire team at Prestige Floors in Keller. Not only did they provide an excellent selection, the craftsmanship is second to none. The team is exceptionally skilled, polite, and genuinely cared that we were satisfied. The price was exceptional. We are so appreciative that they made a very stressful situation easy and enjoyable.

  We would recommend Prestige Floors every day of the week and twice on Sundays! The best recommendation is the work they do. It speaks for itself. We saw the result of a job they did at a friend's house and asked who they used. Answer: Prestige Floors. Off we went to visit them. We found our engineered hardwood selection along with the tile we wanted for our bathrooms and laundry room on our first visit. Christina and Ashley are both amazing at listening and understanding exactly what we like and don't like even when we don't express ourselves adequately on those subjects. The job was done on time, extremely well, and they cleaned up all of the areas wonderfully. The only glitch we experienced was the choice of tile for our laundry room...thankfully a very tiny space! We were ecstatic with all of the choices except the laundry room which had a vein running through the tile that we did not expect to be so prominent. We voiced our dismay to Prestige. They were fabulous! Christina made it her mission in life to find the exact perfect tile that would make our experience positively wonderful. Their goal is to ensure their clients have the best experience and are 1000% happy with their purchase. They found some more samples and we chose one that suited our home much better. They came out and removed the first tile and laid the successor which is, in a word, a true success! They did not charge us for that service. They are truly a class act and wonderful folks with which to work. A final shout out goes to Clayton, the project manager for our work. He went above and beyond on a Sunday when our washer wouldn't fill with cold water. We had his cell number from checking in on the project. He had mentioned he did not live far from us, so I texted him and asked if he could stop by on his way to work the next morning to see if he could determine what the problem was as the washer had been working fine before the laundry room was re-tiled. He texted back he would come that afternoon on Sunday! He found that the cold water handle had been broken somehow....possibly when the washer was moved and the water turned off. On Monday he brought us a cold water handle and fixed it in a flash. Talk about customer service!!! Prestige Floors was a great choice from the first moment we met them to the final act of giving us back our cold water washing ability. We would highly recommend them for their entire crew's work ethic, integrity, professionalism, and pleasing personalities. It was a pleasure to meet them and to come home to our beautiful new floors. Give them a call. You'll be happy you did!

  The absolute very best. They laid laminate flooring through out my entire house to replace tile flooring. It was very difficult job because my house has lots of angles. The floors turned out beautifully and it was done very quickly.Very professional and left the job site clean every day. I higly recommend them.

  I wrote a review on this company on Yelp. Please know that this company is not all 5 star reviews. The crew that was sent to my home went through my cabinets, tested the front door lock, moved my camera modem for my house cameras, and I suspect, but cannot prove, that they unlocked my side garage door which no one ever uses! Ever! I would be cautious if hiring and at minimum, be home the entire time. I was here 95% of the install and the above still happened. I honestly still wonder what happened while I was sent on needless errands for felt pads that the installers were authorized to buy themselves on the company card.In response to the owner, I did express my concern to Melissa AND provided the video of your workman messing with the lock. I never heard from you. At all. I did have a shower installer here who was doing his second job for me. I had zero issues with him in the several weeks he was here. I also asked him if he unlocked the side door and he said no. I had no reason whatsoever to doubt him because, as stated, he was here for weeks with no issues. He wouldn’t even accept water from me! Unlike your workmen! It’s honestly sad that you would only respond to Google. And yes, another review was warranted. People need to know who is coming into their homes! I suspected you did nothing and I see I was correct. That says much more about you and your company than my review.

  We selected Prestige Floors to demo and reinstall new hardwood floors throughout our house. They were exactly what we needed for the project. From the first consultation, quote, to getting through the install they provided everything we needed. They set expectations, helped with selections, had great follow-up, and made sure the job was done right.Highly recommend. Their pricing is competitive, but most importantly they treat you like family, not a just a transaction. Thank you!!

  We received a quote and initial measurement a few years ago to be able to budget the money for the work. We tried to move forward with scheduling in 2020 and again in 2021 and the admin person who works in the store just completely dropped the ball and dropped follow up and communication.. . Both years. I am blown away that businesses can conduct themselves this way. I guess they are doing so well that they don't need the business. We have since installed whole house flooring and new stairs with another company. They really need to hire an amazing and organized person in customer service.

  I honestly don’t know where to start. Prestige Floors is an amazing business. From I first contact until our floors were finished, everything was perfect. Professional, friendly, kind and caring. If I could give them 10 stars, I’d make it 20. If you looking to redo your floors, I promise you as a very detailed person, you’ll be very pleased with prestige floors. We had laminated and new carpets installed. Super high quality and the craftsmanship is super. They even cleaned up after they were finished! Impossible to get better service and materials!!

  I recently had almost all of the flooring in my home replaced. The install was average at best. Melissa was awesome. I paid for dustless tile removal which those guys did a great job. I did not however appreciate one of the company men coming by several day later and snooping around my home without announcing himself. He was looking for a lost vacuum. I told him he was welcome to look, which he did, but I didn't have his vacuum. Then for the install crew. Ugh. Keep in mind this all happened between just two guys. To word this as nicely as possible, there is no boundary recognition. At all! It started when I offered them water. They didn't like water. I offered them Gatorade which the first day, they drank 3 to 4 bottles each. They then proceeded to ask me for Gatorade every day after and going so far as to say they "needed it". (I had the distinct feeling they wanted a different type of Gatorade because they asked me numerous times if I liked Gatorade Zero which is what I had.) Not once did I see them bring their own drinks except when they got fast food for lunch. Another day, I saw the one guy was here so I unlocked the door. I hadn't gone 3 feet before I heard the lock click into place. My door has a keypad. The installer had pushed the lock button. It is no where near the handle! They moved my camera modem which I still can't figure out why. It's hidden. They went into my bathroom cabinets (all of them from what I can tell - I know this because the installer told me I could throw away something in one cabinet and an item was used up (then the empty container placed back) in the other.) One asked me what I paid for my new shower. They washed their dirty, caulked hands in my kitchen sink (repeatedly). One asked me if he could buy my grill. Another offered to help me move my bed at any point in the future. And lastly, they sent me for felt pads three different times when, come to find out, they have permission to buy them on the company card! There was one area that was not done well and I asked them to fix it which they did. Every day after, they told me how unlevel my floor was. Well, I didn't build my house so thanks? (I have since found a second area done poorly that I cannot live with...there are a few other areas I'm just gonna deal with.) The most disturbing of all was finding my side garage door unlocked after everything was done. I don't know who unlocked it. But it was unlocked and I never use that door nor should anyone who was here because they wouldn't need to! Basically, I wanted the installers out of my house! The one made me extremely uncomfortable. I did NOT appreciate them snooping in my home/using my things or treating me like their concierge. I have never had an experience like this in my life.

  So I wanted to post to follow up to my original review, but I wanted to give myself a little time to cool down before I did so. You would think after three months I wouldn't be as upset but time, unfortunately, has not healed this wound. Two years after Prestige Floors installed our living room and kitchen flooring, the laminate flooring started to come up at the transition between the kitchen and living room and there appeared to be some moisture warping some of the boards. This was before the winter storm of 2020, so with bigger fish to fry, I was initially not very concerned at the time. I called prestige and assumed they would come out and fix it and things will be right as rain. Boy was I wrong! They came out decided that there was an issue with our home that was causing the moisture, though strangely there were no other places that had moisture and they could not determine where said moisture was coming from, and declared there was nothing they could do about it because the flooring that they installed had been discontinued. I basically begged them to just do what they could and fix the transition strip and replace what boards they could with the few overage boards we had from the original job. They declined to do so and their solution was to tell us we should file a claim with our home insurance and replace the entire floor. So, basically they washed their hands of it entirely and the pictures show you how it looks today. It's a total hazard, people constantly trip over it not to mention ugly embarrassment. I'm over businesses that flat refuse to do the right thing and standby their services/ products.

  Prestige Floors did an amazing job installing both hardwood flooring and carpet in my home. Prestige Floors has a wonderful and professional team; a seamless process. Melissa was fabulous providing guidance on flooring selections and had great communication; therefore I knew what to expect. Christina was also great following up with scheduling and provided exceptional customer service. The installers were prompt and precise and had an attention to detail. Wow, what an AMAZING job! Thanks Prestige Floors!!!
