I can’t even begin to say enough good things about this facility and how much we LOVE it! Both of our girls go here and they love them like they are their own. I never have any worries that they’re getting the exact care and attention that they need. They are communicative and responsive throughout the day and send updates through an app. Every single person on the staff is friendly and loves your child like their own. My girls actually look forward to going during the week. They have a great curriculum and also fun activities to keep the kids engaged and excited. If you want a place that is NEVER going to make you worry while you’re away from your babies, then look no further. You’ve found it.

My daughter has been coming here for a little over 2 years now, and we love it. Their pre-k curriculum did a great job of preparing her for Kindergarten. The summer camp program is awesome, with field trips and fun activities to keep them busy. She always comes home talking about the fun things she got to do at school!

Our children have been enrolled at Primrose School at Heritage for 5 years now, and our experience with the school has been exceptional. The environment is warm, safe, and focused on helping children grow both academically and emotionally. Our children have thrived here, and we are so grateful for the wonderful teachers and staff. The front office is outstanding- friendly, organized, and effective communicators. The teachers are supportive and nurturing and truly care about our children's well-being. Ms. Overstreet is a standout teacher who has taught both of our children and has made a lasting impact on each of them. We are so grateful to be a part of the Primrose School at Heritage family and highly recommend this school to any family looking for a high-quality early education program.

I’m an aunt who had been up there several times and have had bad experiences every time. These encounters from been with the staff as a whole. The environment is very dark. Seek another option. It’s not worth it to bring your child here and this comes from a mother of four who understands a great learning environment. It starts from the top down. I wouldn’t consider this school as nothing more as emergency daycare at its best

Horrible people. I was in the hospital for 4 days no one checked on me and then they silently fired me still have no words in writing of the firing. Yes lets fire the person in the hospital. Only good person is Jennifer. Shelby is a liar. And will lie straight to your face.

Primrose at Heritage holds such a special place in our hearts. The have loved our kids going on 7 years now. Not only have they learned so much through the curriculum, but our kids love to be there. We are beyond grateful for the teachers and staff that have had a hand in helping our kids to grow. As they say, it takes a village. We are blessed to have Primrose as a part of our village!

My daughters have been attending Primrose for 5+ years. The front staff is extremely responsive, the teachers are very caring and anttentive and the level of education has set my children up for success upon starting public school.

Primrose Heritage has the most amazing staff. My oldest kiddo has been to 4 preschools in 2 states (military family) and Primrose has been the most like extended family to us. Not only do they actually have a curriculum for their students, they have teachers and staff who absolutely adore them.My oldest is in grade school now, but when we go to pick up her younger sibling, she is still warmly greeted and asked about her day. The care and support from these teachers and team members is genuine. From the Education Specialist and Directors, to the in-house chef and teachers... they're wonderful humans.

My daughter has been going to Primrose Heritage for a little over a year now. Every class she has gone through has had amazing teachers who support her in every way. When she started potty training, I can’t stress enough how much help they were, and how much she has learned from her teachers and from all the activities they do everyday. I’m so happy she’s somewhere that’s not just a “daycare,” but a true learning environment with staff I can wholeheartedly trust. ❤️❤️❤️

We've had an absolutely wonderful experience with Primrose at Heritage so far! We were incredibly nervous about putting our daughter in daycare but Shelby, Kristin, Elaine and her teachers have made a tough transition comfortable.Between the constant communication, individualized attention and dedication to help her learn/grow, Primrose has been stellar. We can't imagine her anywhere else!

Terrible work environment. Overworked teachers, chaotic classrooms and stressful. Won’t be placing my child in a primrose after seeing the inner workings of this franchise.

Primrose Heritage continues to be a safe and welcoming environment for kids and parents alike. Our daughter shows much progress in developing social skills and other curriculum-based milestones throughout her going-on 2 years here. We are very happy with the staff as well. 5+ stars.

I was so nervous putting my daughter in daycare for the first time. Not only was it tough to find a daycare that even had openings, but it was even tougher to find a safe and trustworthy place among those. Primrose at Heritage has been AMAZING! They are patient and so invested in the growth and development of my kiddo. They have exceptionally positive state inspection ratings and they're so upfront about anything that goes on in the classroom. My daughter absolutely loves going each day! I am so thankful to have found a place that is so trustworthy and respectful in their ability to partner with me in caring for my daughter!

Two of my grandchildren attended this school and the youngest is currently in their PreK program. It has provided them with an excellent start to their education. They both loved their teachers and the staff and have really enjoyed their time here.
