We've had an absolutely wonderful experience with Primrose at Heritage so far! We were incredibly nervous about putting our daughter in daycare but Shelby, Kristin, Elaine and her teachers have made a tough transition comfortable.Between the constant communication, individualized attention and dedication to help her learn/grow, Primrose has been stellar. We can't imagine her anywhere else!

Terrible work environment. Overworked teachers, chaotic classrooms and stressful. Won’t be placing my child in a primrose after seeing the inner workings of this franchise.

Primrose Heritage continues to be a safe and welcoming environment for kids and parents alike. Our daughter shows much progress in developing social skills and other curriculum-based milestones throughout her going-on 2 years here. We are very happy with the staff as well. 5+ stars.

I was so nervous putting my daughter in daycare for the first time. Not only was it tough to find a daycare that even had openings, but it was even tougher to find a safe and trustworthy place among those. Primrose at Heritage has been AMAZING! They are patient and so invested in the growth and development of my kiddo. They have exceptionally positive state inspection ratings and they're so upfront about anything that goes on in the classroom. My daughter absolutely loves going each day! I am so thankful to have found a place that is so trustworthy and respectful in their ability to partner with me in caring for my daughter!

Two of my grandchildren attended this school and the youngest is currently in their PreK program. It has provided them with an excellent start to their education. They both loved their teachers and the staff and have really enjoyed their time here.

Our kids been with Primrose over 10 years now. We love Primrose Of Heritage! The owner, director, and all of the staff are amazing and very caring! When it came time for our daughter to attend preschool there was no other choice for us. It truly feels like our second home. They offer a safe place for our kids and somewhere I don’t have to worry about their care. The curriculum is great and our kids were more than ready for public. They offer healthy meals and snack choices, our kids eat a variety of foods thanks to Primrose.

Our son started at Primrose when he was 3 months old. Our experience the past year and a half has been wonderful! The staff and teachers are kind, caring and truly love each and every child that steps foot in the building as if they were their own. We talked to many of our friends when deciding where to send him and everyone had such great things to say about Primrose. Needless to say, our expectations were very high, but they have FAR exceeded them. We are constantly amazed at how much he is learning and the new "tricks" he comes home with each week. It wasn't until the pandemic that we truly appreciated their commitment to health, safety and the care of our child. Without the comfort of this commitment, sending him to school during the pandemic would have been challenging. When we first decided to enroll, we didn't know how much we would truly come to value the school. We give Primrose at Heritage Trace the highest recommendation.

We love Primrose. Our son has attended since he was 10 weeks old. The staff and teachers are loving and caring, they are an extension of our family. In addition, they take every precaution to ensure the safety of the children during this pandemic.

3 stars only because Calli and Shelby are the saving grace. There are also some great teachers.

Fantastic school that our daughter loves. There is a standardized curriculum that all Primrose campuses follow, and they focus on readying the child for the public school system. Our 4-year old can write her numbers and letters, and is learning great math skills already. There are plenty of fun/art activities for the kids to do as well- painting, shaping, coloring. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have the child's best interests at heart, you can approach them with any questions or issues.

As a long time Primrose parent, we absolutely love Primrose! Everyone is friendly, and the atomosphere is family like. Each day starts out with the Pledge of Allegence, which I absolute love. Also, may I add that they're accrediated! My baby started off with sign language, and now is reading and writing! Plus, science, language and math are also a part of the curriculm! Yes, adding, subtracting, times tables, and Spanish; What else could you ask for! I cannot agree with Mr. Fullerstaff nor the other poster. This school and all the other Primrose Schools in the area are great!! Regardless of your "opinion" sir, there's absolutely no way any business could be successful if parents don't follow the well-established polices that are signed prior to enrollment. First off, their enrollment policies are no different than any other school, so if you're unhappy with Primrose due to their "policies", then good luck finding something different! Also, there's nothing inappropriate about inquiring about holiday plans. I do believe this question started out as part of a casual conversation but there are a few that take everything the wrong way by assuming the worst intentions in everything. Anyways, holiday scheduling has nothing to do with "hiring" anyone b/c they're already on-board! However, I find it's more to do with ensuring there's enough coverage "per the law" (Teacher/child ratio), while also seeing if it's possible to accommodate some of the teacher's leave requests for the holidays. Unlike regular schools, there's no automatic Christmas break! Further, as with any business, had you followed the disenrollment policies, you wouldn't have been charged for the upcoming school week! Any daycare business would fail if everyone could just come and go as they want, unless they're planning for you to pay on a daily, as needed, basis! To address the other comment below, read the paperwork and ask questions if it's that hard to understand. The policies are clearly written and very easy to understand. The paperwork may not specifically state this, but I find it's more simple, if people understand that they're paying for the enrollment slot! If you're expected to bring your child everyday, and you choose not to bring them, then you're still obligated to pay. Additionally, the vacation and increment weather policy are also fair. Don't get me wrong, we also had to deal with the ice storm; however, that was just the luck of the draw! It's not Primrose's fault if the weather is bad or if our children get sick! If every parent received their money back for every time bad weather hits or fever strikes, there's no way they'll be able to afford maintaining quality teachers and facilities, which would have a impact on the kids. Besides, if you really want your money's worth, how about dropping your children off for the entire 12 hours they're open each day? You'll definitely get your money back that way!:) Primrose Schools are a premimum, so if you're expecting anything but the best, don't hesitate!
