My mother went to this location to have preop lab work done. On the day she arrived there was a global IT outage of some sort. Although I understand that that affected several business' everywhere the treatment that they received there was uncalled for and unacceptable. My parents knocked on the door and the Quest person saw/glanced at them several times and weren't acknowledged. When my parents were finally acknowledged they were told the system was down. My mother even though her English is choppy is able to communicate with individuals fairly well so she asked if she needed to reschedule her appointment and the Quest person told her in a rude manner "I DONT UNDERSTAND SPANISH!" so then another patient/customer that had been waiting in the outside chairs stood up and walked up to the window and told them that my mother was asking if she needed to reschedule her appointment and in a rude manner she said "YES!!" - the other patient/customer was also visibly upset because she had been waiting to have lab work done and nobody had told her that the system was down and they wouldn't be able to do her labs.
I understand things happen but 1) Quest could have acknowledged my parents presence, 2) Quest could have used a better tone in communicating what was going on instead of being very rude and apparently bothered by doing their job in relaying the message and 3) why keep other patients/customers in the waiting area if they already knew the system was down and weren't going to be able to run any labs.

The technician that draws my blood is amazing! I have autoimmune disease which means I get labs done 3 sometimes 4 times a year. The same young lady has drawn my blood almost every time I go and I never even feel the needle stick. She’s just wonderful at what she does.

The lady in room 2 was very rude with my mom, didn’t even ask to verify her DOB. Worse service by far.

Horrible service. The signs outside say open from 7:30-5:00pm. We were sent here from the urgent care center and when I arrived I knocked on the door. The ladies first attempted to ignore me through the glass while I was simply trying to make them aware of a discrepancy but they wouldn't even listen. As I was simply trying to make sure they knew of the time that is advertised outside in front of the store. The white lady with the short bob proceeded to ignore me while laughing and rolling her eyes hollering were closed.... were closed....while the black lady with faux dreds continually laughed and yelled were closed as if I was hard of hearing.
Customer service and an ounce of decency go a long way! Do better. I will NEVER go to this Quest again! I will be contacting your corporate.

The nurse (sorry I didn’t catch her name) was congenial thoughtful and kind. I took my 94 year old mother to this location in a wheelchair for bloodwork. There was no wait the nurse was very helpful friendly and efficient.

Took my mother there today and the lady that drawed blood from my mother hurt her.... My mother has a big purple knot on arm and my mother keeps saying her arm hurts

Scheduled an 8:40am appointment. Was seen at exactly 8:40am. Who does that? So rare. Also bonus, a friendly, professional technician took my blood. Cannot ask for more than that.

Rude and arrogant phlebotomist made the blood draw unnecessarily painful and caused significant bruising

Service is awful. I!went to 2 different locations to get my labs drawn. The 1st location one of the phlebotomist kept walking out came back went to the bathroom and took forever. The next location phlebotomist in room 2 complained about her job for 15 minutes before she drew the patient in her chair . While the rest of us sat in the lobby and heard how much she hated her job.

The phlebotomist was very friendly and put me at ease. She was quick and it was painless. The easiest blood draw I've ever experienced. She is a 10 out of 10.

Horrible service. Won’t provide fax number in recorded call. Such idiots to not list the Fax number on the web or when you call them!!!

Absolutely the worst!!! I made an appointment fasted half the day and arrived, just to be greated by an incredibly rude woman who said, " sorry our machine is down, we can't help you, you'll need to reschedule" it had been down for three days. No one called or emailed to let us know. When calling to make a new appointment, I found they do not have anyone to talk to . The entire system is computerized. I went to labcorp and had no problems! I will never use Quest again!

The Technician that took the blood samples was extremely courteous, professional, and was very focused on her tasks. I was most impressed. (I worked several years in a laboratory as a Phlebotomist - so I feel I can make a good judgement on her quality of work which was exceptional).
