Hello š today is Aug 3 at 1:10 pm. Iām writing this because I didnāt catch the names of the lady and guy working but they were helping an older gentleman with his car and I just thought how awesome! You donāt see that often anymore- that personal extra touch of making sure someone is ok! I told the young lady that was my cashier how wonderful I thought they were being and she said ā he comes in here allot- we always like looking after himā. For that man to have someone that sincerely cares for him- Iām sure that means allot to him! And bonus points for making my gas thing (the tool to put my gas in- not sure name! lol ) but it was very lightweight and easy to use since I have some wrist issues :( I hope they see this!

Why does racetrack have a point system. They never let you use it. You try to enter your telephone number. It's too late and then they get mad, cause they have to go back to let you put your phone number in.

I'm extremely disappointed with how I was treated at your gas station on 1/24/25 around 7:15am this morning by your store manager. I was laughed at and accused of not filling the water properly when, in fact, the water line shares with the Gatorade, which had a green tint. But the real issue wasn't about the water--it was how he behaved at me in front of my child and other customers. That kind of behavior is childish and completely unprofessional. It's clear he doesn't understand basic customer service, and I'm shocked he would treat anyone like that, let alone a paying customer. Is this the type of people you hire to represent your company?

The car wash next door wouldn't help me jump my car so I walked over to racetrack and found a hero named Dustin. He walked back over with me and got my car running in 2 min! Thank you Dustin! šš½
