I had the BEST experience at Sephora thanks to Taylor! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel completely taken care of. She went above and beyond helping me find the perfect products for my skin tone and needs, and even took the time to explain how to use each one. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and knows her stuff — super knowledgeable, patient, and so fun to talk to! I left feeling confident, glowing, and excited to try everything. Sephora needs more people like her — absolutely phenomenal service!

Please don’t even bother going here! They are rude, not helpful, disrespectful, and definitely not the vibe you want to be around when shopping for make up. Also can’t even use your Sephora card and also treat you horribly when you want to return anything

The ONLY reason I would even give 2 stars to the Sephora inside Kohls on 377 Keller Tx, is their products, and relative ease in finding them. There was 1 friendly, professional working the floor who was prompt in greeting me upon arrival, asking if she could assist me with anything. But after perusing various skin care products and taking my purchase to check out, my pleasant experience was totally ruined by a very unfriendly, 'judgy' associate at the register who not only was rude, after looking me up and down, turned around and whispered something to another person there and they both laughed at me. The name tag read Xiomara. I'm glad I could apparently give her a little chuckle in her day, but hope it was worth it because I reported her nasty attitude to corporate. And will take my business to the other local Sephora shop.

Had my items went to checkout, one Employee was helping a lady and her daughter and had been for over 8 minutes. The other Employee checked out someone else and I’m still waiting inline and she tells the other Employee who is still helping the other customer and her daughter “ Ok I’m going to the back now.” Never offered to ring my items up so I just put my items back on the shelf and walked out. It would have taken her 3 minutes or less to ring up my 2 Glow Recipe Items but I guess she couldn’t be bothered. So now I guess I’ll just order my items online. Horrible Customer Service.

Pretty sure the lady at the desk last night swapped out my gift card and told me there was a zero balance on it & if I wanted to check my wallet for any other card cause that one had nothing on it. She was very sketchy, I had a 150 gift card and when I called customer service they told me it was 3 seperate transaction totaling to 100 on that card…. Then she asked if I just wanted to pass on my order. I’m like no illl pay for it but I know she did something foul cus it was right before close

Absolutely disgusting. I pray that no one goes in the SEPHORA at Kohl's Keller. a woman there named "Tara" (my daughter read her name tag) was extremely rude I noticed everytime my daughter and I go into the premises she's always there and each time she seems tired and annoyed this time it was much different however THREE women were standing at the redgister looking around my daughter and I had just got to the store and me being me I respectfully called out “hello” kind of confused why there was not one person to be seen so my daughter went looking around the small building and immediately found Tara sitting down stocking shelves my daughter stated that she politely said to Tara “excuse me there’s 3 people at the refgister” she said Tara just blankly looked at her looked up at the feeling didn’t react and kept stocking shelves. 4 minutes later I stepped in she was in that same spot and I said “there’s no one at the redgister” she got up and took so long one costumer left. annoyed Tara went behind the counter and rang one lady up the lady was being polite and trying to make small talk about the products and Tara looked at her kept scanning gave her her bag and didn’t say anything at all. I’m not sure what this is about but she’s so rude and someone who has actions like this towards people should not be working with them. The first time me and my daughter encountered her Tara told my daughter to look for her own supplies. This is absolutely insane and someone needs to do something about this please I beg.

I’m not surprised by the reviews. No one was welcoming. There were two girls just talking and I asked them if they have a certain perfume brand that had just came out and they gave me a No with an attitude and continued on

I went in this morning to get an eyebrow pencil and the lady I asked to help me find it was so rude. Told me “it’s here” and pointed to some random box that wasn’t what I asked for. I’ll never shop that Sephora again. It wasn’t even busy, it was 10:00am and dead in there but apparently she can’t stock her make up and help out a customer at the same time.

i would like to share my HORRIBLE, REVOLTING, DISGUNSTING, DISTURBING EXPERIENCE. i walked into a sephora yesterday. inside contained a total of 27 little girls age ranging from 7-9. they were in the drunk elephant section, and using tandomtesters. WHAT THEY DID WITH THE TESTERS WAS HORRORFYING. TO BEGIN, they took out a tester and one of the girls reached into her pocket and pulled out a TOY RAT. after applying the skincare, they put eyeshadow and lipstick in its eyes. they decided to put the skincare ON the rat. the TOY rats eyes was beginning to FALL OFF. they decided to take the eys and throw them AT ME. then they proceeded to STEAL my cart and buy everything in it. wouldn't recommend.

Dropped by for alot of help by a expert with make-up. But this Sephora don't apply make-up they only sell it. I was not helped with shades or brands. The sales lady just pointed out afew brands & walked away leaving me to select everything my self. This was her chance to sell but didn't. The one thing that I did buy will be returned I didn't even open it. I drove straight to Ultragot a lesson on how to apply make-up.. got help selecting brands & shades & I even walked out with a full face of make-up on my face & a full bag of items & a curl ! This Sephora missed out on a lot of $$$

All though this Sephora has a bit more products than the flower mound location the service was horrible.Not once did the older lady (I'm assuming is the manager) or the younger lady ask if we need help. They were very chatty with each other. They would help someone if asked.A 3rd employee came in after we had been there for quite a while and she was the first one to ask if we needed help.Even though they had a few of the products I couldn't find at flower mound, I probably stick with continuing to go to flower mound or order online.I hope the kohls near me opens their sephora soon.
