We then placed another order, upgrading to a thicker card with the highest quality of texture. The tactile sensation of the card was very welcoming. A couple of years passed, and we needed to reorder the same card's print and artwork. The person on the line was very professional. She found our older orders, and we are ordering a bunch more stuff. “I'm a police officer and went there to have my uniform awards mounted. Met by a very friendly woman who took care of me. To my pleasant surprise she told me it would be ready the next day. I asked for the price and she said $25, which is about half of what I was expecting. I called the next day to ask if they took credit cards, and she greeted me by name when she picked up the phone (they do take credit cards). The time to complete was amazing. Price was great. Customer service fantastic. Very impressed.”

There were three of them and they looked so busy and kind of irritated. So I came here. The lady who works here was very helpful and friendly. She was working alone so I’m sure she was busy. “Today I learned a valuable lesson in customer service, thanks to this UPS Store and its neighbor, FedEx. I came in with a pre-labeled return package that just needed a final seal. The clerk was not only unhelpful but seemed put out by my presence. He refused to provide a couple of inches of tape and demanded I buy a whole roll. It was a small thing, but his needlessly difficult attitude managed to sabotage my schedule and my mood. He could have easily earned a customer's appreciation, but chose not to.
Feeling pretty aggravated, I decided to walk over to the FedEx store next door. What a world of difference. The employee there greeted me warmly and took the package off my hands immediately. He didn't just tape it; he checked the contents, added filler paper to make sure it was secure for shipping, and handled everything with a smile. He single-handedly fixed the bad taste left by the UPS Store and made my day better.
Don't waste your time at this UPS Store where customers are treated like an inconvenience. Walk a few extra steps to FedEx and experience what actual customer service feels like.”
