I loved how quiet it is it’s great cheap and how quickly I can access the storage unit also they had just painted all the units so it looks neat whenever I first got the storage unit I thought it was a abondond property and that I was scammed it looked like only me plus about 4 or 5 units were used but then I opened up my lock and stored my things and it's been great every since and the first 2 months were like 1/2 off original price now I'm coming up on another months rent another thing they do at 10 Federal storage is they let you take surveys and if the review is good they may decide or let ya win a free months rent and that option would be amazing for me because I'm really at the top of struggling right now out here in this world it's bad for me my son died a year ago and I'm going through a lot so it's cool that they give you a chance to win like that :)

I was charged an insurance fee which I did not authorize and had to call to get it removed.

While the phone agent was unable to resolve my Tenant Portal login issue for my account, he was very helpful and able to update portions of my contact information & submitted a request for more detailed tech support. He assured me the issue would be resolved ASAP & that I would get a call back regarding my login issue.
Very pleasant & professional with the assistance he did provide. Overall a good experience.

I am a small business owner and need a storage unit for equipment and material storage. I have been using Smithfield Storage now for several years. What I like about Smithfield Storage is that they are a family owned and operated business. Before finding Smithfield, I used other storage companies that were corporate chain companies. The large corporate storage companies don't give you any level of personal customer service, just a large amount of rules and more rules. Also, once you sign on, they raise their rates significantly. I completely understand the raising of monthly rates. However, it's the amount of the increase that matters. That's why I have been with Smithfield Storage now for several years. I can call or even text with the owner directly, and they are genuinely very nice. They don't gouge you either with rate increases. Again, extremely comfortable rate increases on an annual basis. Finally, their facilities are always clean, well maintained, and very secure with locking gates and cameras everywhere. I highly recommend Smithfield Storage.
