I went to this starbucks and as i was ordering i asked for a Strawberry açaí with peach juice NO ice. And then the person was so confused and kept asking if i wanted water or lemonade and i said i wanting peach juice. They continued to argue until about 5 min later they finally understood. As angry as i was i pulled up to get my order and they gave me my drink and it was FILLED TO THE BRIM WITH ICE. I specifically asked for no ice and they gave me more ice than usual. So disappointed in this place.? I bet you they purposely put more ice in my cup to make me mad.

Super nice staff. My drink looks right however I didn't take it. This is just another location that doesn't realize that when you're running a drive-through do you have to provide the trash for the cup holder. The claim is always that the company says since Covid they weren't able to, go take trash. However, they're not wearing gloves. Which would be the logical response to that from corporate. And every single other company with a drive-through in the entire world that I've ever seen provides that service for their customers. So unfortunately, I left the coffee at the window and didn't pay period which I will continue to do it until the chain learns how to better serve their customers. I have no problem paying nine dollars for a coffee, but I at least need to working drive-through.

They are very sweet here, customer service is on point. Items themselves, not so much. I order espresso con panna with 3 shots and this store always seems to short me. This morning, it appears to be 1 shot and it’s cold because it’s mostly whipped cream. I just want the correct amount and it to be hot, please. I need caffeine to make it through my days and I got 1 espresso this morning instead of 3 meaning I’m going to have to go pay again for more. Spending 8$ on espresso is a bit too much.

Weird how 4 people are here working behind the counter but I can’t come in, order a coffee and leave without standing around for ages. There are just 2 people sat at a table with drinks half full, there is a line at the window of course, but only one person producing drinks for me and other waiting customers.The most inefficient ridiculous service. The guy at the window stands there waiting. I hang around also waiting.One barrister only, does one thing at a time, while the other two staff disappeared mostly (or does something pre-production filling a tub with something) and the guy at the window just waits.Quite crazy.

Burnt Coffee all the time at this Location. Nasty and Mean Workers and Is always out of everything single item. This service and food is Very disgusting I would go to 151 coffee over this Starbucks location.

Sometimes their drive through is a bit slow, but I honestly only go during peak hours, so I don't think it should count against the employees. In general I love every starbucks location, they always have clean tables and cute tumblers stocked!

Fisher and the team were wonderful! My husband and I went for an evening coffee date and the staff took great care of us while we sat and drank our coffees. This is, by far, our favorite Starbucks to have our coffee dates at!

The only reason this location even got the two extra stars is Miranda. She noticed that I was still waiting after 15+ minutes while her two coworkers chatted and discussed how much they hated the drive thru. Miranda took initiative and finished my order and apologized for the wait.
