Cindy is amazing. We showed up 5 minutes to closing and without hesitation she showed us a few different unit sizes. The place was clean, convenient, and cool (A/C climate control).

I’ve been storing stuff here for a few years now and I’ve had some interesting interactions with the staff in the past. I had to move into a larger storage unit and Brandon helped me out today. He was professional, kind, knew his stuff and was just overall great at customer service! I truly enjoyed my experience today and I can’t say enough nice things. Thank you for your help.

I just moved to the area and needed a place to store my wine. We visited Stor Self Storage and spoke to the manager, Michelle Malone, who was very helpful and friendly and helped us every step of the way. Stor’s facility is very nice, in a convenient location. It’s clean, well lit and the units are reasonably priced. We rented 2 units and are very happy! Great working with you Michelle!!

As others have stated, this facility is extremely clean and very well managed, and not to mention, very competitively priced. Being indoor and climate controlled, you can have confidence that your possessions are well protected.
I need to brag on Michelle, she is a world class professional. Her knowledge and customer service is second to none. What impressed me is that she greeted everyone, many by name, and took great pride in managing the facility.
You will be very satisfied renting with Stor Self Storage.

Why do I give a 5 star rating? The manager Michelle. She is so customer focused and takes time to explain everything fully. It seemed like I always leave feeling so glad I chose this facility to use. The climate controlled environment, elevators, and a very well maintained property alone would be enough do business here... but throw in Michelle... this place is doing 5-star work... and deserves a good review. Here it is! Thanks!

Michelle is absolutely amazing and is so helpful beyond expectations. I was having a really rough week, which resulted in me needing a storage. What started as a bad week ended as a good week, all thanks to Michelle. She does all she can to make sure you have everything you need when seeking a storage. May God bless this wonderful lady.This storage facility is very well kept, and clean. The climate control is absolutely amazing here. The facility has top notch security systems in place so you won’t have to worry about unauthorized individuals coming inside. There are also restrooms, which I honestly feel is a courtesy to customers. You don’t really see restrooms in other storage facilities. If I could give this storage ten stars, I sure would.

I received very professional and informative care from the front desk. The climate control was obviously working well during this hot Texas summer. The storage area was very clean - including the elevator and hallways. You get what you pay for - and this is worth it.

Very clean and practical storage facility. I have rented two units in the past years without any problems. Esela and Michelle helped me to close one unit this morning and couldn't be even more nice or friendly. Enjoy renting from this storage facility.
