Just ordered a 1/2 sub and the young kid cut the footlong in half and thru the other half into the bread oven ..then at check out . I handed him a $20 and he thru my change on the countertop ..I said "is this how you treat your costumers..he just looked and went back to his cellphone..worst service I have experienced and I live just down the street. Since 2014....and he thru the remaining food back against the other meats. Never closed off the food doors..or lids to vegetables...and when I went back in to ask for my receipt he was eating from the from the display...and very rude ..

Haven’t been to subway in years because it has gone downhill and went to this location tonight to give it another chance and so regretful that I did. I placed an order in the app and mine and my wife’s sandwiches were made with barely anything on them. My sandwich (pictured) had a pound of red onions on it even though I requested less onions. There was almost zero sauce and the cheese was all cracked throughout which is weird. The man making my sandwich clearly put a ton of onions on my sandwich to be a jerk and I never leave negative reviews for stores but this one was insane. They basically stole my money and gave me a product that is a joke. Also, Subway doesn’t have a way in the app to contact support or tell how my order was and so subway clearly doesn’t care. I will never return to this store or subway as a whole…

I wish I had gotten the name of the guy who helped us, he has lots of tattoos, but he was so nice, went out of his way to be helpful, all while working by himself! Thank you for making our day!

Did an in-store pickup through my app. I ordered extra cheese on mine, which I also paid for, and received zero cheese. My husband’s foot long didn’t even have one full layer of meat. Literally. Subway spends so much money on their ad campaigns and not anything paying their employees.

After a 13 hour day, we wanted food that was fresh and didn't have to cook. We came in 50 minutes before closing. The employee was pleasant, made our order quickly, and the food was fantastic.

This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to. Came here today & we were the ONLY ones in the store but the store associate kept walking back and forth past us doing other things??We said “hello?” Multiple times thinking maybe she didn’t see us & we were ignored until she finally came back and said “I’ll be right with you” (which was great—we were finally acknowledged) but then she followed that up by mumbling “I have other things to do” under her breath… and I can’t for the life of me imagine what could be more important than selling SANDWICHES at SUBWAY. Drove 10 mins down the road to a different subway & we’ll never be back to this one.

Customer service was TERRIBLE!! Absolutely TERRIBLE. No hi how are you, no have a good day, not even barely any eye contact and friendliness. Older lady is very rude and talks to people however. Younger guy was VERY untrained and couldn't even make my sandwich right and had to toast it twice so it was crunchy. Then they didn't even offer a bag or anything once I paid. I will not be here again. WORST subway I've ever been to. They deserve zero stars

The bread was not toasted as requested, there was barely any meat, especially on one, and definitely not the 2x American cheese OR the mayo that it's supposed to come with. Also they were both smashed. If I didn't have to be back at work with no other option for food, I would have returned them.Order # 78A4DOC7-40

Raven was absolutely phenomenal! Very welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in to the time I left. Very fast service and absolutely no mistakes! We need more people like Raven out there! Thank you Raven for the amazing service and I can't wait to visit again soon!

The brown haired woman(Ann maybe) was terribly rude, no patience when I was holding my little daughter to let her choose the ingredients. That's her first time come to subway and she got very bad experience. Never wanna to try it again. If you guys what to give this place a try, just make sure her tooth won't fail in your food. She must have been served in trailer parks before.
