I recently visited to try Summer Moon again & I can’t rate this place highly there’s major downsides the barista are rushed and lack knowledge. I typically order iced macchiato’s when I go to cafés which this place does not know and does not offer. It’s apparently such a problem the person in line behind me asked for the very same thing. When I told the barista to get creative and make whatever she thinks is a great drink. It was terrible! I go out of my way to try and support local businesses, however this café can’t make espresso coffee drinks.

The coffee is obviously wonderful, but the bacon quiche is outstanding! Great service as always.

They weren't very helpful at all. There were a lot of them taking turns not helping me, so I gave them 3 stars for working well as a team. All in all. I'd rather suffer through Folgers Chrystals than deal with these self-important coffee snobs.

Service is usually spot on. Once out of 10 times we got a barista that didn't want to engage and fix a mistake. Very unusual.

Great vibe! Been awhile since I lived in Keller, thrilled there are locally owned cool cup o Joe spots like this one. If you're an Arnold palmer fan like I am, you'll be pleasantly surprised ? ? not sure but lemonade tasted homemade ?

I love coffee. I've lived in a couple of coffee epicenters: Seattle and Southern Italy. Summer Moon is one of my favorites now. The coffee is smoky and delicious but delicate and nuanced without the bitter acidity some can get. Come get you some.

Super great place, coffee and treats. Love how knowledgeable they are and always explain things to help me choose the beverage of the day!!! Even if I don’t like what I chose, they are great to get me something more to my liking (which rarely happens).

Food and coffee were fine just didn't taste the way it normally does at the other locations. When I asked if it could be made sweeter they did but asked if I got an explanation which I didn't and proceeded to tell me to order something else next time. My friend who was with me went to get her order after and they proceeded to explain to her if she understood what she got (when she didn't ask or say anything but only cause she was with me) while eyeing me down. Overall, the girls were pretty rude and condescending even though we ordered as we usually did and were then looked as though we made a fault when we just ordered based on our experience at other locations.

Summer moon is one of my favorite coffee shops, however the barista at this location really needs a lesson in customer service. I usually go for the Half Moon since it has the perfect amount of sweetness, however at this location they couldn’t even get the drink right. The barista was snarky with me from the beginning, and when I asked for a bit more syrup after getting my drink they proceeded to be rude and asked if “the drink wasn’t explained to me” and that in order to get the right sweetness I needed to order a full moon. When I ordered I literally had asked what the sweetness on the half moon was like, but was ignored by the barista and just told about their phone number rewards program. She proceeded to be rude to my friend after I ordered and asked if “she needed a whole explanation too.” I don’t understand where the rudeness was coming from since the half moon at other locations has been pretty consistent and I was just ordering based off of my experiences so far. Moreover, it’s clearly a barista’s job to help customers understand their menu if they have questions, which is something the employees here simply can’t grasp. These employees definitely need to learn what basic decency is, and maybe learn how their drinks are made too! Definitely will not be returning to this location again!

Don’t know what the barista’s name is, but one of the worst and rudest experiences I’ve heard of at Summer Moon. Summer Moon is usually a great spot for coffee and studying, however today’s experience was atrocious. She asked if my friend had been there before and my friend assumed it was for the explanation of their sweetness, however she were used to her normal Half Moon order, so decided to tell them no politely. The barista then explained their phone number program and went on to give her a nasty look and an “Okay whatever.” She then displayed the same condescending behaviors to her friend, who could have well been an unrelated customer. The coffee somehow, after getting the same one multiple times, did not taste close to the same as before and was 100% a result of this encounter. When asked, she proceeded to give her a whole cup of vanilla syrup. Wasting resources at a coffee shop is definitely not an indicator of a good worker because of their mood. One of the worst experiences I have ever heard of at a coffee shop. I would personally never come here ever and this person deserves to be fired. Don’t know if there is a personal issue or potentially under the influence, but regardless, it should not be taken out on the customers.

Went up to the counter, me and my friend were really friendly towards them. The girl taking our order was nice and then just plain rude. She kept asking us if we had been here before and we said yea and then begins to stop us when trying to explain what we've had at other summer moons. After our order was announced, 2 girls from the front asked AGAIN if they needed to explain the menu. I explained very kindly that I do not need another explanation and i've been here before. She laughed and said uhmmm....and said if i didn't like it they can remake it. Keep in mind I haven't even tried to coffee. They all seemed very friendly to other customers.
