Thank you Keller point for the ridiculous 30 day written notice to cancel my membership, you made it easy for me to say never again ! Plus a $60 admin fee with an extra monthly fee and the extra month fee I paid at the beginning. Also if I don't agree to your terms you will not cancel my membership. If your reading this and thinking of joining, ask to see the written form to cancel a membership. These fees should be told to perspective members at sign up.All I want is to be able to cancel my membership effective on the day I ask to cancel my membership, and why do you require me to show up in person to cancel and agree to your terms. If others feel the same as me please post a review, perhaps Keller point will get the point ...P.S. the pool chlorine smell will leave you feeling sick the rest of the day.

The middle aged lady at the front desk working on 10/12/23 is extremely rude. She must have forgotten her coffee this morning. My daughter and her friend( member) came to practice volleyball. After my daughter paid the day pass rate and her friend checked in, they were denied a volleyball to practice. They were told they don’t have ID, so they can’t get a volleyball. However, they were allowed a basketball. When I spoke to the younger man at the front desk, who was very polite, he explained a member is able to use the volleyball but a non member is not without an ID. I explained to him that the friend was a member. He then allowed them to have a volleyball. This place is insane with the rules that only apply on certain days when certain people work. Very poorly managed. This is one of the main reasons we cancelled our membership.

My daughter and Son in Law had the sons 1st Birthday party there ... Keller Pointe was so nice and had so much fun with family and friends but as far as for the the price of the $250 for an hour and you get 2 pizzas and cupcakes that you don't even get communicated with about the colors and they come dark blue and red for a 1 yr. old is not acceptable ... Communication is the key people ... Don't just take it upon yourselves to choose what you want ... Other than that had a great time... Thank you ...

Keller Pointe is just all around outstanding!! The pools and splash pads came in handy with this summer heat. The indoor pool area is such a great option for the days where it's just too hot to be outside even in the water and also when the kids weren't ready to stop playing but had enough sun. You can bring in your own food and the cost is so reasonable. I understand why it changes to only weekends once school starts but I wish it kept the pool areas open weekdays a bit longer for those of us who have kiddos under school age. So glad we found Keller Points

If I could, I’d ask for my money back. Ok this is a family pool and I mainly focus on the pool. First month that I went with my family and at least 3 or 4 times that we went there the pool was closed because someone pooped in the pool. Then every day they train kids from 6 to 7pm. The kids have all day long that can learn to swim, not in the busy time when people get off work. Every time I go, there’s a wait just to go in the three lanes they have just because the leadership can’t schedule the kids in a summer vacation to take lessons in a less busy time.Such a waste of time and money. Definitely not recommend it to anyone.Update 8/15/23I appreciate you guys responding and showing concern. Would you guys be able to at least list the pool training online so that people may plan accordingly and not having to wait in line?

Rating is for the outdoor pool only. Keller point has several outdoor play areas but you'll have to be strategic of when you enter and the ages you are trying to entertain. Fridays 10-12pm is currently the toddler ( kids under 5) time and it's nice they keep all the waterworks off so kids can play and parents can see/hear easily. Toddler time is best for the littles, 1-3 year range, my near 5 year old has outgrown the small slide and "baby" area. There are two large slides that open during regular hours but the height requirement is 48" which kids tend to hit between 6-8 yrs old. For us, since my kid is about 5 there wasn't much more than swimming here to do but the lazy River and splash pad. We stayed about 2 hours. There is a good amount of shade on site, an aid station and bathrooms. Until my kiddo is tall enough for the slides there isn't a draw to return. The toddler hours are $10 per family, great price especially for large families, for me I'm paying $5 per person where a family of 4 or more is paying half that per person. Would be nice to equalized the payments to (example) $2 per kid rate to make pricing fair. I like the fenced in area with single entry and exit point. Overall nice place to spend a couple hours once in a while, you can bring a cooler and make a day of it, will return after a growth spurt- or two.

We have hosted our boys' birthdays at Keller Pointe for four years. They make it very easy! I bring my own pizza and drinks, and they handle the rest. Everyone that attends the party gets to enjoy the water park all day. Usually we have AWESOME workers that host the party. This year, the guy didn't know what he was doing.

l LOVE this place. I haven't seen the gym yet ( my dad likes it, tho) , but the daycare is so fun! Toys for everyone and the Waterpark is amazing! The slides are super exciting, and everything is clean???? there's also a basketball court, a track , a karate class ( 0 clue about it), and lastly, next to the pool is a splash pad outside and in side a professional pool you know the ones for sports n stuff but gosh it's outstanding ???????? ?????????

The indoor pool area was great. However, the party room, which was decorated cute, had shredded cheese and dried drinks (very sticky) on the floors, apparently from the previous event.

As a gym, this is the worst facility I’ve ever held a membership with. The teens at the front desk don’t even check if you’ve signed in. Half the lockers do not work. The parking lot is packed with public swimmers during the summer months. 1/3rd of the indoor swim lanes are closed for swim lessons most of the time. The inside track is short and poorly designed. The basketball courts are packed 24/7. They only have 1 workout machine for the most popular muscle groups.

The Keller Pointe has become our family's go-to place for summer fun and fitness! With two energetic kiddos aged 9 and 10, this facility has exceeded our expectations in every way. The range of activities and amenities they offer, along with their outstanding staff, make it an outstanding destination for families.First and foremost, the pools are a big hit with our children. They absolutely adore spending their summer days splashing around in the refreshing waters. The pool area is well-maintained, clean, and provides a safe environment for the kids to have a blast. There's nothing more satisfying as a parent than seeing your little ones genuinely enjoy themselves, and The Keller Pointe delivers on that front. In addition to the pools, the summer camps offered here have been a godsend for us. The variety of programs and activities available keep our children engaged and excited throughout the summer break. It's not just about the fun they have, but also the valuable life skills they learn through interactive sessions and group activities. We can rest assured knowing that our kids are in capable hands while having the time of their lives. One of the standout features of The Keller Pointe is the basketball courts. As a family that enjoys sports, having well-maintained courts to play on is a huge bonus. While our kids shoot hoops and engage in friendly competitions, I take advantage of the top-notch fitness facilities available. It's incredibly convenient to be able to get a great workout while my children are enjoying themselves nearby. This way, we all get to engage in activities we love and spend quality time together. Moreover, I want to give a special shoutout to Jessica, a familiar face we often see out in the community. Her dedication to making a positive impact is truly commendable. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone feels welcome and included at The Keller Pointe. It's these personal touches that make the facility feel like a close-knit community rather than just another recreational center. In summary, The Keller Pointe has become an integral part of our family's summer routine. The pools, summer camps, and basketball courts provide endless entertainment for our kids, while the excellent fitness facilities allow me to stay active. The presence of caring staff members like Jessica adds an extra layer of warmth and friendliness to the experience. We highly recommend The Keller Pointe to anyone looking for a family-friendly facility that combines fun, fitness, and community spirit. We LOVE Keller, TX & We LOVE The Keller Pointe!

This isn't the best gym I've ever been to, but it may be the best for the price! Keller residents get a discount; there are both indoor and outdoor pools; childcare for 2 hours is only $1.50 to $2.00 during specific hours; and there are numerous other perks to membership. Right now, it is only $10 for a day pass. So, if you're not sure based on the website, I would strongly encourage you to come try it out for a workout!
