Andrea was absolutely fantastic! I wanted to take a few inches off, and she made sure to talk me through her recommendations while still listening closely to what I wanted. The salon has such a clean, calming, and welcoming atmosphere—it really adds to the whole experience. My hair turned out perfect, exactly how I envisioned it. Thank you so much, Andrea! I can’t recommend Alicen Campbell enough! From the moment I walked into the salon, I felt completely taken care of. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, offered expert suggestions, and delivered results that went above and beyond my expectations. My hair has never looked or felt better shiny, healthy, and styled to perfection. Not only is Alicen incredibly skilled, but professional, and clearly passionate about what she does. The entire experience was relaxing, fun, and honestly one of the best salon visits I’ve ever had. I walked out feeling confident and refreshed. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about your hair and knows exactly how to make you look your best this is definitely the person to see!

I had such a GREAT experience at The Knot. I have seen Alicen & Arden, but see Alicen primarily and they are both absolutely amazing. She really listens to what I want each time and gave such helpful suggestions without being pushy. The cut and style turned out exactly how I hoped, and she made the whole process easy, comfortable and so much fun. I’ll definitely be coming back always!!

i have been going to taylor since she was in school at Ogle several years ago, and she is the only stylist i will go to. i have followed her to every salon and trust her to do anything she wants with my hair. she is very honest about what your hair is capable of and always wants to keep the integrity of your hair while still giving you your desired result. i’ve recommended many many friends to her for blonding services, vivids, styled cuts etc and she delivers every time.

Andrea is absolutely amazing! I had a 10/10 experience—she's not only incredibly skilled, but also one of the friendliest and most welcoming hairstylists I've ever met. Her warm, personable nature made the entire appointment so enjoyable, and she really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. Andrea at the Knot has been my hairstylist for over 4 years and I will never go to anyone else! I have followed her here and trusted Andrea for every single thing you can think of balayage, dark, cherry red, bangs and a good layered haircut, which I go see Andrea every two months for and she always bring life back into my hair!! I know with whatever hair inspo I show her she will ALWAYS slay my hair! She always pays attention to detail and really perfects her craft which I really appreciate. She is soo easy to talk to we literally talk for hours! She is definitely a very talented hairstylist and I am so glad ive watched her grow into the hairstylist she is today! I will always support and trust Andrea wherever she goes!

I love The Knot, I always have a great experience! The salon is very well kept and always clean. Andrea is my go to and always exceeds my expectations! She is professional and very detailed about her work. She always asks if there’s anything else I want differently, or if there’s anything else she can change during and after the process. I love that she always checks in to make sure I love my hair. She is truly passionate about what she does and will always give her honest opinion! When finding a new salon to go to it can be a little nerve wrecking, but she is the sweetest and will make you feel right at home! Since I don’t bleach my hair anymore, Andrea tones and cuts my hair. I bring her reference pictures for my haircuts and she makes it 100 times better! Overall, she just wants you to leave feeling happy and beautiful!

I have gone back to see Andrea multiple times now. Also make sure to make my appointment with her. She has done amazing work, I trusted her to do my first color because that is how much I trusted her. After just a few hair cuts. I have gone back for my second color treatment and I love it! She always understands what I want even when I barely have inspiration pictures. Pricing is also very reasonable especially for color. Can’t wait to keep going back can’t recommend Andrea enough!

This place WAS great, the new owner has run it down. I get change happens but he gives ageist vibes. They let go of my hairstylist without even letting me know. Prices has drastically increased over the last year for no reason. The vibes were always off. Take your business elsewhere like Elements in Keller.
