We had an amazing experience here. We were greeted and taken care of quickly. The salesman talked us through a few options and was patient/helpful through the process. Purchasing was a breeze and arranging delivery/removal of our old refrigerator was simple. Our delivery man (Ben) was quick, attentive, super nice, and efficient. We would absolutely go here again when looking for another appliance.

Great Customer Service. Ben who delivered my Fridge was absolutely amazing and was very courteous. He removed the old fridge and installed the new fridge. I would highly recommend them for your next appliance purchase.

Waste of time driving there. Called and specifically asked if they had "speed queen" brand. Was told yes we have all kinds come on. 40 min drive one way only to be told they don't have "speed queen". Frustrating customer service to say the least.

This shop is a really great resource. We were missing a screw for the top assembly of our washer. We were able to visit the shop and the sales person and one of the technicians were able to help us find the correct screw. They were very courteous and eager to help.

Called to have a freezer picked up…they were able to do it same day and when I had to leave unexpectedly they were still able to come and pick it up. VERY responsive to Text Messages. Thank you!!

Purchased washing machine that was supposed to work but it immediately filled up with water and did nothing else. Was not made aware of no refund policy until looking at the receipt but was made aware of 60 day warranty and that appliance would be repaired or replaced if any issues occurred. Contacted the company in less than 24 hrs due to water just sitting in dryer and was informed that someone would come to my home “after hours” and repair it in my home. This is shady behavior. There are women and kids within the home so having a strange man come over “after hours” is an huge safety concern. They refuse to switch it out or to pick it up and repair it and bring it back. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. A complete waste of money and time. I read the reviews after the purchase so I hope others don’t do like me and they opt to steer clear of this place and go somewhere else!!!!!!!!! Was also informed that the owner was called to help resolve this issue but that apparently did no good and the guy on the phone wouldn’t give out his name so that I would know who to contact back or just to know who I was even talking to. Terrible business!

I went to keller appliances to look for a washer and dryer. They were very friendly and very helpful. I ended up purchasing a LG frontload set. They delivered them to my new apartment and even went to my old apartment and picked up my old set at no additional charge. I was going thru a very hard time having just lost both my parents, so they were a breath of fresh air with their kindness. Absolutely love the washer and dryer. Great price! and great service. Thank you!! I would highly recommend them

my son purchased a used washer & dryer for me. I am very pleased with what he picked. The price was reasonable, and they even offered delivery (for an additional fee) great customer service and they even installed them at no additional cost. They arrived on time and I appreciate the call they made to let me know they were on the way. Everything they did for me was exceptional, they were very polite and the driver that made the delivery was excellent. Plus they also offer a 60 day warranty. So if your in the market for gently used appliances, definitely check them out. Thanks to "The Original Keller Appliance store"

My parents purchased a washer/dryer set and they had an issue with the washer. We had no trouble getting it repaired. Dwayne was very helpful and kept me updated on everything that was going on. Clint came out to their apartment to repair it, and he made sure it was running properly. He was there for a while making sure everything was working as it should. Ben was in attendance as well. He was the one that delivered the set, with another delivery guy as well. They took care I’m making sure everything was set up correctly. Plus they were very careful not to damage anything. I can’t express enough how great Ben and Clint are! They even listened patiently as I talked the whole time they were here. lol

Terrible place to shop, my son bought a refrigerator, washer and dryer from them. The fridge stopped working 3 weeks later. It took them 4 days to bring a loner out and only when I got the BBB involved. I lost over $200 worth of food. Six weeks later, they still could not fix it. Once again, I turned to the BBB, because they refused to refund my money for the fridge. After the notice went to the BBB, they refunded my money for the fridge. One of their stipulations to getting a refund was to withdraw the BBB complaint, which I declined. Their main issues are they just want to sell you something, and there is no customer service after the sale. My question is if their refurbishing is so great, why did it fail in a short amount of time. Now, the dryer they sold me is not working. Please don't waste your money with them, they post their own reviews to drive up there scores. The response from the owner is a lie, I did contact the BBB, don't purchase anything from Keller appliance. This is not a false review, Keller appliance is a mistake, and in addition when I finally did receive the refund, I refused to withdraw their request.

I purchased a dryer with intention of using it for a month or two until a family member was moving & giving me their set. The second day of having the dryer it stopped working and smelled like it caught fire. I called but they were offering to replace it not give me a refund. I didn’t want to get another dryer, purchase another connector and vent hose just for the same thing to happen. I opened up the top of this dryer and it was caked in dust and dirt and grime, I’m assuming this machine was never cleaned during its lifetime.. which explains the burning smell. I cleaned it up & it would work for a couple of drying cycles then it would sputter and not turn over, like a flooded lawnmower. But here’s the kicker, it wouldn’t start working again for another 2 days. If you’re in a desperate situation & need a cheap set just to get you by for a little while I’m sure this is a good option, but I advise that you have them open the appliance up so you can inspect the inside and ask if you can run a couple of loads. The appliance turning on is one thing but doing what it’s supposed to do is completely different. I don’t think Keller appliance is operating very ethically & cutting corners on the restoration process to maximize profitability. If they are so confident in the product they sell they would offer for a tech to come out and repair it in your home as a guarantee of good faith. The fact that they make you bring the appliance and then charge you for repairs says they know they are selling you junk.
