This location removed items from my reservation without notifying me. The removal of the equipment made the use of a the truck impossible and has not given me a refund. In fact I was charged an additional fee for gas, I have been taken advantage of by U-Haul and very well will be my last time ever using U-Haul if I’m not reimbursed for this reservation.

The guys here were so nice! I haven't had the greatest Uhaul experience, but these guys backed my Uhaul up, unhitched it, and were so sweet about helping me out of my jam. It only took a couple of minutes, but would totally recommend them in the future.

For both Golden Triangle & Keller Hicks location:Although there was lack of notice that the facility to pick up my reserved vehicle had changed wtihout notice and then there was a charge on my receipt after the rez was finsihed that should not have been done, the area Mgr, Kyle M, was prompt to my concerns and made it right.Mistakes will happen in every compnay. I judge them on how they resolve the issues and Kyle did me right.Thank you, Kyle.

I rented a 5x8 trailer to haul household items to Oklahoma. The location is in a great spot. Right off the interstate and east to get in and out of. The team is very friendly and helpful. I submitted all the necessary info online so I pretty much showed up, they connected the trailer, and I was outta there. Great experience.

They do a wonderful job here!I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to rent and return a panel van, and it made my cross-town move so much smoother and more affordable than I had expected.Kudos to them!

If you need to rent a Uhaul truck, this is the place to be. Good and professional people. They worked with me during hurricane Harvey and tjey extended my rental for 5 more days without charging me any additional fees. May God bless you and keep up the good work.
