Terrible Customer service. Irrespective of their professional behaviour when they make mistake they act rude towards you and ignore 90% of the stuff you tell them. Worst Experience every time I go there.

The individual contributors show the same discontent for their customer base as is modeled by the leadership. When will this banking institute take some ownership of the horrific customer service this branch and its manager shell out? Don't do business here.

Custom Service is awful!!! Very rude. Calling for weeks , no one answers ever!! Just says no one is able to take your call right now, hangs up! Walk into the bank, no one is hardly ever in side. The first greeter is reading a book, looking down, signs you in... does not look busy what so ever!!! ANSWER YOUR PHONES!! Who else can we come plain to?? Thank you to the Credit Union on Keller Parkway. Will drive out of my way to go there.

The tellers are such nice people. They do such a great job feels like family, and also Katy and Lauren are great on what they do helping customers.

Worst customer service ever, getting ready to close 2 accounts there. Lauren Barreto is the manager went in twice to talk about car loans and mortgage options. She is not helpful and so rude, she has attitude like she is doing you a favor, not willing to answer questions and rolls her eyes at you, I dont know why someone with zero customer service skills is working at a bank, thank you for the help realizing that Unity one is terrible. Took my business to Chase Bank where they offered me a way better rate at 3.7 and awesome customer service.

Their commercial drive thru lane has been closed for at least 6 months i guess they dont have enough money to fix it..i agree with the previous comments about the manager also

It is a good place to bank,cheeper, cleaner,more honest. It's true there some imperfect people but if you get one ask to speak to Jacket. She is the nicest most honest person in the WORLD. She will haft to call you back but she will fix it!

When making deposits and other simple transactions at the branch (which is a shared branch for me), the tellers are always fantastic. However, the Branch Manager and other managers at this branch have no idea what true customer service is. Kathy, the branch manager, is sore and bitter. She makes it known that helping a shared branch member is a large inconvenience for her and she will go above and beyond to make it "impossible" for her to help.
