I shipped a 16 lb, 2 oz picture to a friend in NY. 90 seconds after handing over my credit card, I realized it would be way cheaper to just order a 2nd print from the manufacturer and have it be shipped from there. Immediately upon learning my mistake I asked to cancel. The manager literally hid in the back of the store while they tried to claim there was nothing they could do and put a 16 year old kid in front of me that I refused to take my frustration out on. Yeah, technically I agreed to your shipping terms, but you could have been good people and recognized that I made an untimely mistake and been decent human beings about it. Instead you stole, yes STOLE $448 dollars from me. Congratulations for taking the most profitable package in UPS store history. Great job slipping in the $297 large package fee that I didn't notice. Fool me once, shame on me. You will never get my business again. Yeah, you are going to say that the truck was magically waiting in the back of the store but I drove around the back and it wasn't there and the entire process was 2 minutes from start to finish. You have my number if you want to resolve this.

The girl with a very condescending squeaky voice kept repeating the same thing over and over and completely unwilling to help solve a very simple issue. Then was told I had to repackage my already packaged items as I had received them in a 24 dollar box. In what common sense world? I just left.

The customer service here is poor. I guess it’s hard to find good employees, but the guy who helped me today was literally looking at his phone and texting and scrolling WHILE helping me. Then another employee was rude to that employee in front of customers. I go here out of convenience, but if there were another choice close by, I’d take it. Everyone there seems miserable.
