“Purchased 2024 GMC DENALI Ultimate on August! The car is great! Customized the way I wanted! I did have some trouble with the roof wrap lifting and pieces together on roof which should be no seams but took it to a local guy to have it redone and Hurst made the payment for it over the phone since I am not Texas resident. Sales experience was okay but not like the post I see on their social media. We were not picked up at airport we took Uber, which is fine and I knew a little more about the vehicle and the options than salesman just from my research as this is my first Denali. Finance exp was good, paperwork was sent via email and signed before arriving! When we arrived to pick up vehicle greeted by our salesman handed him the check, handed us the keys, walked around the vehicle looked inside asked a couple of questions about options that he answered and some he didn’t know! I figured it out! And we drove off! Literally 5 mins! My experience overall was good! I am not sure what I expected but not quite what I seen on social media as far as customer service! I would and have recommended a few friends to follow and look at Hurst!”
