One of the workers told me I had to fill out a slip in order to ship, no worries on that. I had also mentioned to the same worker I needed to buy tape before shipping, she mentioned they can/will tape it up for me (I ordered priority shipping) But then when I went to the next available worker she berated me on the tape I had on (again, it was on only as a temporary until I could buy more tape) just an odd/ rude interaction that could have been easily avoided.

Why can’t this post office get it together? They have removed the outside drop off box and never replaced it. Its been months Today the door handles on the front door was broken so door was difficult to open. Never mind about the lines inside or difficulty with trying to have your mail held.
On a a positive note today the grass was cut and not a foot tall as in the past.

Had bad experience with one of the ladies the office. When I left after I said never mind to paying 35 dollars for a mailbox key I just moved into my place 1 I couldn't afford it. Her response was not what I was expecting

I had an issue with packages delivered in a locker at my cluster mailbox and I left a note for the postman and he actually brought the packages to my house the very next day. I even got a follow up call by Clay to ensure my issue was addressed. Very pleased with this interaction.

I have resided at the same address for the past 6 years. I am constantly getting my mail with written notes from neighbors saying my mail was delivered to THEIR home. This happens at least once a month. The worst part was when I sent my cell phone in the mail, returning it to SPRINT so that I could get a new phone. After about ONE MONTH, I received a $600+ charge on my bill. I called them and they said my phone was never received. I called the post office, and they stated that they didn't have it. The ONLY thing that saved me was the fact that I had a tracking number. He said he would look into it and give me a call back. When he did, he told me that no one in the post office could locate it. Me: ok? So what happened to it? He said the mail carrier scanned the phone in, as returned mail (I put it in, with the flag up, as outgoing mail), and from there, they couldn't track it. Ok? So are you going to hold her (the mail lady) responsible? How does a mail carrier scan it in at the mailbox , and the post office NOT receive it? And when and where did it get lost? I'm not paying sprint a dime! Who's got to pay for this lost phone that was lost in the mail carriers possession? He told me there's nothing they can do about it. Are you serious? He can't be. Someone needs to be held accountable while it was in the mail carrier's or mail office's position!

What a crap place with ridiculous people. More government excellence. I send my son up to ship a bag for return and we just needed the label taped on and he was made to buy a whole roll of packing tape. Pretty pathetic!

Walked in had no large flat rate boxes. Asked if they would honor the flat rate since they were out. No. Cool, can you put tape over the top of this box I’ll just use my own. No, you have to buy a full roll of tape for the ten inches of tape needed. Piss off

The employee entered a wrong delivery address and when I told her that it’s wrong she entered a wrong zip code again. Now it’s 8 days and my priority package not delivered yet and tracking is showing more than 30 events to deliver my package within the same state?!!! The package keeps going back and forth between the same USPS offices without being delivered. 8 days ago when I noticed the wrong zip code on the receipt Inwent back to the same office within an hour and told the employee that the zip code is wrong and she told me that nothing to worry about and they will deliver to the address I wrote on the package which did not happen…. Very disappointed for this time sensitive package. It’s not unusual to have bad experience with USPS lately. I wish if I used UPS or FedEx instead.

Honestly I don’t understand how hard it is to just match the apartment number with the mailbox number they are supposed to match. It’s not rocket science! This is the 2nd time that I received an email saying my package has arrived and I go and check my mailbox with the key and I go open the mailbox and it’s the wrong package. I’m nice enough to do the right thing and turn it in the wrong package to the front office of my apartment because it’s not something I DID NOT ordered. But did that person who received my package did the same? 👎🏼 NOOOOOO! So I was robbed from the post office and the neighbor. Did I ever get my money back NO. Just how y'all are working to earn your money, I’ve done the same and tried to enjoy my money but instead their are unprofessional employees who work at the post office and DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. Stop hiring unfit employees, who care much more about timing instead of the quality of their customers. I will from now on not use Post office delivery. Every-time I order stuff online from Amazon and Walmart those employees actually do what the email says with a picture of my package on my front door. And I’m sure they get paid less than y’all but they are very committed to keep their customers happy. Y’all lost a customer for good. I don’t care to receive a response back because I gave y'all a response on a private messages and didn’t get anything back not even a call back. So professional!

No wonder Trump wants to cut down the funding for post office. 1st the post man is lazy. Instead of delivering the package to our apt (since it needs my signature). They left that irritating pink note in our apt mail box. Now, I have to pick up my package at the post office. Real lazy.

They are way too pushy about selling their envelopes. When I brought in my own, I was instructed to write the address in the wrong place.
