I went in with zero idea of what was needed, just a box and an address, and 2 kids to add some stress. The staff were amazing, patient, walked through the options, and gave the kids a sticker to keep them entertained. Fantastic service.

You guys suck at finding a freaking apartment building 5 MINS AWAY from y'all!! I've been waiting an entire month for two packages only to get "insufficient address" all because whoever does the deliveries can't freaking read a map! Do better!!

This USPS office has gotten worse the last few years... we quite frequently get other peoples packages delivered to our house and last week they delivered a very important package of ours to someone else house. Their investigation has resulted in them admitting it was delivered to the wrong address and they are saying they are "attempting to recover it" for the last week. How hard is it to read an address?

They never have money to change a money order of only $60 dollars

Every time I go here, I feel they are very pleasant to talk with. Monday December 18th, there was a long, long line but in no time I was almost next which I’m impressed how they moved the line so quickly. I have never had bad experiences with them, they will answer your questions when needed, it’s just some are more nicer than others which is okay because wherever you go to a store or anywhere there will be some people who are nicer than others it’s called being human and no one is perfect either.

The post office once again is telling me my package was delivered in a locker at my address. Well, there isn't a key in my mailbox for it. Please learn to pay more attention, as packages are very important to the people receiving them.

We went this afternoon. The line was extremely long, my 2 1/2 year old daughter had to use the restroom. Now I understand you guys don’t have public restrooms but when you guys have a line almost to the door and a little toddler needs to use the potty you guys should have a little sympathy. I asked one of the workers and she said sorry we don’t have public restrooms, with no care in the world.

I wouldn't even leave a 1 star review if it didn't require it on this site.Keller Post Office SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!My fiance can not go to the community mail box bc he is 100 percent DISABLED & I too am DISABLED, the POST OFFICE in KELLER, TX., has all the DISABILITY PAPERWORK that was REQUIRED.....YET they can not deliver the mail to the house like they are SUPPOSE TOOOOOOO, their mail courier CONTINUES to leave it in the COMMUNITY MAIL BOX. We have the MAIL BOX attached to the house like they REQUIRED, but their LAZY COURIER will not deliver the mail.I used to work there several years ago and if ANYONE would have pulled a STUNT LIKE THIS they would have been FIRED.Get it together Keller, you have now been REPORTED HIGHER THAN YOU THINK.Social Security will be called in now, the POSTAL HIGHER UP'S are now being called and next will be an ATTORNEY!!!Then a WOMAN from Keller Post Office stated that the courier had to be compensated correctly for delivering the mail to the door, LITTLE DO THEY KNOW...I know that they GET PAID BY THE ROUTE, NOT BY THE HOUR. OUR HOME IS IN THE COMMUNITY AND ON THEIR ROUTE.

I am writing this review to warn anyone moving in or out of Keller and wanting to forward their mail. My husband went to this post office and spoke to the employee about forwarding our mail as we were moving. He walked him through the process and assured him our family mail would be forwarded. Three weeks later, nothing is happening, so I go into the post office and request to forward our mail. The lady gave me a card to fill out, which I did, then threw the card into a bin. I asked her if there was anything else I needed to forward our mail. She said no. Now, 3 weeks later, we go to a different post office because our mail was still not being forwarded. They checked and stated that Keller canceled both our requests to transfer. They said it was probably because the employees failed to scan our IDs while we were in person at the post office. So, long story short, find another post office if you want to properly transfer your mail to your new address so it doesn't take 2 months and 3 trips to get it done.

I have been here couple of times with good experience but today I m very disappointed the black female(I never know her name and I love black people) at the counter is extre unpolite and rude. I came to send my wedding invation card this morning at 12:20 Oct 3 they are paper but she said I lied to her it is card not paper. She bend all my envelopes very hard and over bend like destroying them! She took it personally because last time she wanted me to buy a tape but I say I forgot it at home and ran away home to get it. and also push me to pay extra 1$ each(not mean a thing to me) and I sent it last time without paying a dollar extra.

Been living at my address since 2007 and have never had issues until the past 3-4 yrs, we’ve been waiting for important mail and never arrives , we’ve contacted the sender and they say it’s been sent . But we do get other neighbors mail . Or no mail at all on certain days . And it seems the USPO are having problems with carriers . They retire and they don’t have anyone to replace them.

What is wrong with our mail service. We havent had delivers for 4 days. Open lock boxes with packages remaining in them anyone can steal. Try and call the keller location and it just brings. No one ever answers. Contacting the Postal inspector somethings not right here.

The employees working at this USPS location do not know their own shipping and pricing policies listed online. I tried sending an envelope as a large letter (which I’ve done before at the self service kiosk inside the same location; it just so happened to be down today.) but they would only allow me to send it as a package. My letter was both smaller and thinner than the dimensions for a letter listed on the USPS website but I was forced to pay 5x the amount I normally do because the employee said they “couldn’t allow it”. I’ve shipped this same size letter multiple times in the past as a letter, and am disappointed to at the inconsistent treatment. Please train your staff to be competent and knowledgable about the public information listed literally on your own website.

They give a receipt to take a survey but once you enter the zip code of this particular location, it says invalid zip code…ok. Office is extremely understaffed. I had a prepaid package slip and all o wanted to do was drop it off at the kiosk…no supplies. I ring the door bell, knocked on the door, no reply. The location is always short on supplies. I don’t understand it at all.

I've got multiple neighbors' mail being delivered to my house (guess the mailman figured "close enough") and now I've got missing mail from what USPS Informed Delivery email tells me should have been delivered. I call the Keller Post Office phone number to discuss, navigate the phone menu, get transferred and let it ring for a couple of minutes, and it eventually disconnects, every single time. Literally no one to talk to regarding this problem. U.S. government at its finest.
