Only one person serving (who did his best to serve well) but many customers waiting in line. I paid in cash and when I went to load the pump hose was not working. We had to go in and change pumps, which meant moving the car as well. It should be simpler.

Giving a 1 star because I bought the family car wash package and was only able to use it maybe a handful of times throughout a 4 month period due to the wash ALWAYS being closed. Yes, there’s many local car washes but I liked the fact this is touchless.
