The service. The service!!!! Sarah, Tristan and Cody are just in another league. They always make us feel connected, welcomed and informed. I feel like I’m visiting family and friends each time in here. They always keep the same vibe through the whole shift even under pressure. They are great. Thank you three! You just can’t compete with this great tag team trio ??❤️

Problem with their card readers. Tried to tell me I need to call my bank. One employee insinuated I didn’t have money. I went to Kroger and all was fine.

Store has gone downhill. Management doesn’t maintain anything. They cut down the trees in front of the store. The registers regularly experience connectivity issues. On my last trip to this store, I ended up leaving everything in my cart because they could accept my payment. I won’t return.

This store used to be amazing!! Management was great until they moved up in the company and a new store manager got hired in. Her name is Becca she started clearing house doing everything she could to get rid of the current staff who worked under the previous manager. Becca She’s almost never there and every time our store manager leaves Lauri the operations manager directly beneath her decides to write people up. I had an issue when I worked there with another employee stalking me. Lauri the operations manager decided to call me into the office and say nasty things to me after I reported him for stalking me about how I’m “going to end up alone” and that “I’m in college so I shouldn’t treat people the way that I am or I’m going to be lonely” all because I didn’t like the fact that he was stalking me she claimed that he was just trying to “make friends” but the situation made me very uncomfortable after he showed up to my house without me giving him my address. He was a manager and looked into the system to find where I lived. After reporting this issue they start writing me up over random things that they never specified that they had an issue with before. I had never received a write up at Walmart until I reported the stalking incident and I had worked for this company for two years. I ended up just quitting. She won’t hire any maintenance workers so the bathrooms are filthy almost 24/7. There’s a rumor going around that the management gets a larger bonus if they have less employees. So there’s no one to clean minimal amounts of people to stock and check out customers. I’ve talked to many other employees about the new management and everyone says frequently that Lauri the operations manager is rude to them she really just stands there and dictates. Her response to our complaints about her being rude and bullying me and other employees in front of other employees and in the management office is “ I treat people how they treat me” So it’s our fault that she’s rude to us? None of the managers really help with the work load unless they have no choice. The smell of rotting food emanates from the back room into the shopping areas of the store. This store is also one of the most outdated Walmarts I have been in. any other Walmarts near by have a cleaner more updated atmosphere with better staffing and nicer management than this location. The entire crew that I worked with quit or transferred to other stores or got fired by management for ridiculous reasons. All except a couple of employees who let the new management walk all over them. The schedules were always needing to be corrected or adjusted because they were never right. They never scheduled part times even if we needed employees to be there. My direct manager Heather tells us personal information about other employees. And makes statements to current employees about how she’s going to fire a particular person. The management also goes around and tells other management and employees your private information for example what illness you have or why a certain someone can’t come into work that day. Heather also talks to employees about why she doesn’t like other employees or what stuff they are doing wrong and she would complain about that person to us. A manager should never talk about staff to other staff if she wants to complain she needs to go to upper level management not other hourly employees. The management claims that they are not allowed to talk about other employees with anyone else but the store manager and the people lead but somehow everyone finds things out so there’s always drama and rumors going around. Which effects the work ethic of the employees and the atmosphere of the store. Little to no communication between management and employees.

This Neighborhood Walmart usually has everything I go there to get. They do a better job than a lot of stores of keeping their shelves stocked; it's clean and organized; I don't have to wait in a long line to check out, and the staff is friendly.

Never clean and always smells like something is rotten in the produce department. Need staff that actually have customer service experience and more staffed registers. They should give you a discount for self service checkouts.

!!AVOID SUZAN AT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!I had lost my phone at this Walmart, my IPhone location app was telling me that it was still at the store, around the same area the Customer Service desk was. As I was waiting in line to speak with a representative, SUZAN was quite rude to the customer in front of me. Giving her the benefit of doubt that she wouldn’t do the same to me… I was wrong. I told her my cell phone was located here and asked if someone had turned in a cellphone with (description) and she was quite rude and dismissive. She did not help, the only thing she did was tell me she hasn’t seen a phone. I then ping my cell phone to make it ring and low and behold, the cell phone was right under the counter. SUZAN saw, rolled her eyes, and one of the other very kind lady’s at the desk handed me my phone while SUZAN stormed away. Makes me suspicious of why she told me there was no phone that was dropped off but nonetheless, terrible customer service, extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional from SUZAN.
