This location used to be good at filling our prescriptions until recently when the answer the pharmacy gives us when filling our medication is that we have to call and activate our insurance because they say it's not coming up. We've used this location for 5 years and had no issues with our insurance and haven't changed insurance company in 27 years but that's the answer they give so full price or no medication. The pharmacist even comes to the window to say you need to contact your insurance and activate it and that's all they will do. Call into insurance and we're told no issues are going on so it becomes apparent that the pharmacy personnel don't know how to do it or just don't want to. On a second attempt the pharmacy tech said full price but when asked about Tri-care not covering it he said oh hold on, and then said a different price using insurance. I would avoid this location at all costs

This was the absolute WORST experience from a pharmacy I've ever had, I called in to check the status of my script the system didn't recognize my birth day so I chose to speak with a rep, I was told no script was ever sent there and I need to check with my doctor, I know the doctor sent it because I waited a day before calling. I was laughed at made fun of because my name is different. Then yelled at talked over and told my insurance wasn't excepted! That's a first , I called my doctor back and was provided with a time stamp on when the script was received by Walgreens, then called back and was told they have it not even 15 min later. These people are far from professional and I didn't trust taking anything prepared by them SO I called my doctors to request a cancel and be sent to a different pharmacy NEVER again will I use Walgreens EVER the owner should be ashamed!

Terrible Pharmacy- Stopped by with a confirmed appointment to get my COVID shot and the "pharmacist" behind the counter are just chit chatting and standing around, I've been here for 45 minutes and still waiting, even had to refill the form that I had already completed online. I would not recommend anyone coming here unless you are planning on wasting your time or just picking up stuff through the drive through. That seems to be moving !!

Oh man, I can ALWAYS count on this location to have my Tide in stock! I have a Walgreens much closer to my house but if they don't have what I need, this is the very next one I go to. The cashiers are so friendly and sweet, I've not ever had a problem!

I went to the CVS across the street and they were closed. I am talking like 830 in the morning. This Walgreens is 24hrs and I got what needed. Everything is easily labeled and easy to find. Another trend I'm noticing is they are pushing their house brand just like CVS, Walmart/Sams Club and Costco... even 7-Eleven is doing the same thing. It's already Christmas at the end of October here and the toy section has expanded probably because the downfall of Toys R Us and everybody is trying to grab a piece of that pie. The lady behind the register was courteous and helpful and the store was super clean. The only thing missing here is the way the shelves are stocked. I picked up children's Zyrtec and children's Benadryl the sizes were put in the incorrect places and the generic store brand were in the wrong slots. If your a parent you read the labels and the prices especially at a place like this. I noticed the prices were incorrect and it was probably a customer who read the box and put them in the wrong slot. (I'm guilty of this too). As a retailer of over the counter non prescription products, an employee should constantly walk the aisles and double check to make sure these issues are corrected. Very important.

Had to get a prescription moved from CVS to Walgreens because Blue Cross Blue Shield stopped using CVS. So it was a little complicated explaining but they were awesome. Entered all my information and took 15 mins to fill the prescription. My new go to place for any prescriptions.

I wish I didn't have to give a star! The pharmacy at this location was absolutely awful! There's nothing like spending 2 hours in an ER with your child, finally get a prescription, head to the pharmacy just about a mile away, walk in to the pharmacy with no one waiting only to be told "we close in 15 minutes so there's no way we can fill your prescription tonight!" Will not be going to this location for ANYTHING in the future! Went to another Walgreens and they had no problem filling my prescription the same night.
