Wow! Unbelievably rude women in this bank, especially the manager Cory. Don't expect any help out of this woman, the only thing she cares about is making sure you know she is "Special and privileged" and that you are not. The only thing she had going for her was the bad attitude! There;s not enough time or money in the world worth having to deal with her B^LLSH*&. I hope one day you get over yourself!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Tried to explain a problem twice to Tori/cori?? (said she was the branch manager) and she just kept saying I could get the information on line, which I had already told her I couldn't because they screwed something up on their side. Called Customer service and get the recording all reps are busy please call back and then IT HANGS UP! WTF? Not even able to leave a voice mail. She then tells me that they can print out what I need but it will cost $5.00 per. They are going to charge me for something that I could get for free if they hadn't scrwed up the account. Tori/Cori had no desire to even be civil to me because she had screwed up a wire transfer for the guy in line in front of me and was put out and angry over it. So I guess being next in line she just figured she could take it out on the next person. Tori/Cori wouldn't spell her last name for me when asked. I asked for the Regional Manager's name and number and she wouldn't give it to me either. Sad for Regions that this type of person is their only option for a "Branch Manager". No wonder you get such bad reviews.

I wish I could give this bank 0 stars. This is the worst customer service or experience with a company I have ever received. I have tried calling and emailing to close my account. I do everything they tell me, pay fees, whatever, and they said after I do that my account will be closed. Then I continue to receive documents about having an account. I am so frustrated and disappointed as I have been a customer most of my life.

Don't do business with this bank!! Regions bank financed our car a few years ago. They lost a $2,000 payment we made. They didn't allow us to have online banking because we wouldn't open a checking account with them. I was forced to drive to nearby towns to make the car payments. It was either that or pay by mail. Thank God I paid at the bank because I was able to have proof of my payment. After they harassed us for non payment we emailed them a copy of our receipts and just like that the calls ended. I never got a call back or a response to my email to find out what happened to my money in the first place. I couldn't wait to pay them off and be done with them. After that experience I laughed every time the teller would ask me to open an account with them. This place is shady shady shady.

This bank's service sucks. They had their only two tellers working on one person and made me wait 15 minutes before i could withdraw money from my checking account AFTER telling me to come forward so that i can be helped. They then proceeded to help the other person not in line while pronouncing his account number and DOB aloud. On top of that, i was asked to provide every single information about me after handing them my ID.. i've never had such a terrible experience from a bank.

I thought I would try them out since they offered $400 bonus for opening a checking account and making 10 check card purchase in 60 days. Well, almost wish I hadn't because of the hassle I have to deal with. Their operating hours are terrible for normal working men and women. If you call customer service there is always a 30 minute wait. I funded my account with a personal check and they ended up holding majority of it hostage for over a week. On top of that watch out for hidden fees all over the place. 50 cents for a mobile deposit. Big banks like Wells Fargo provide this for free.
