Whitewater Express in Keller has the BEST SERVICE EVER!!I’ve used other car wash companies…and this one has a great wash and ample tidy, well stocked stations for DIY clean and vacuum of your vehicle. But where this place really shines ✨ is their customer service.Everyone who works here is enthusiastic, helpful and full of positive energy! This level of customer care is so rare these days that I had to give them a shout out.When vacuuming my console, I inadvertently sucked one of my console buttons into the vacuum. I sheepishly asked Colby and Em if they could check the vacuum…and they said they would after the end of business. But, of course, they could make no promises.I touched base the next day and the manager, Cole, could not have been more sympathetic…he didn’t see anything from the night before, but promised to let me know. And Cole called me that very evening to say they’d pawed through the vacuum detritus and found my console button!!This morning I popped in and was welcomed by Joseph & Coy…again so helpful, and they gave me the piece.I’m really appreciative of the entire staff here. They have all been genuinely friendly and so kind.Big Thanks!!

Em was very helpful by removing the bugs off my front and rear windshield before the wash. Afterwards personally helped me with showing me that the wet microfibers absorb the water much better than dry. Car was spotless thank you

Great place! Em, Cole and the entire staff at Whitewater Express in Keller are very helpful and nice. The facility is kept clean and in good working order. The monthly auto pay plan is very affordable and they always have discount specials! Try it!

Great car wash, great features with the vacuums and air hoses. Complimentary towels etc. Even better people, helpful and friendly. I have 3 cars in my family on the membership deal and it’s worth it for sure.

What an amazing customer service experience! Not only did we get a great car wash and use of the vacuum and air pressure, but the manager came out personally to change the attachment on the compressor so that it would work for tires. And then he personally aired up the tires for us. Dang! Can’t wait to go back!Service: Vacuuming

Place was good when it first opened who ever manages the place now genuinely sucks. 60% of the vacuums are weak you’ll be luckier having the McDonald’s ice cream machine working than the mat cleaner, one of the mat cleaners completely tore up my mat and their response was “oh well”

Love this car wash! I got their base wash and it got my filthy car to looking great. They provide all the supplies needed to do a quick diy detail and their vacuums suck (that's a good thing).

I had a great experience at the Whitewater Express car wash in Keller today! Before I entered the car wash, I asked Joseph to give the front and back of my car a little extra attention, and he was more than happy to do so! He was friendly and patient. He also said that if I was not happy with the outcome of my car wash to let them know, and they would gladly rewash it for me right then. Awesome customer service!

This review is for White Water Xpress car wash. They have an amazing facility, very pleased. The car wash itself is very good, but the accessories such as towels, vacuums, floor mat washing machines, excellent. John, the location manager in Keller Texas was very kind and because of his excellent customer service, I chose to buy the unlimited wash program. I have thought about purchasing the program. I just wasn’t convinced yet. I’ve already been back a second time. Thanks John!!

Keller location is a great car wash place! Clean and with nice amenities. staff are very friendly especially John. They do a great job! Will continue to go back regularly.
