I just showed up there to reset my password to my Woodforest app. Because it's always so much harder to do it online, and usually, the people at the desk can quickly verify your information, and then easily reset your password.
I presented my debit card, flipped open my wallet to where my ID is, and made my request.
The first person I talked to, after she finished saying farewells to another customer a different associate was helping, let me know that she didn't have my password. Being from a previous generation, she may have legitimately thought that's what I was asking her, which is understandable but not super helpful.
Luckily her team member, a young lady with long straight black hair (sorry, I'd use names if I remembered), politely cut in, asked for my debit card, verified my account, and quickly resolved my issue.
These were my old stomping grounds, and I used to know all the team members both at the Walmart and the bank, and had a great relationship with them. Today, I showed up and there was graffiti on the handicap signs. It seems like time only ever moves things in one direction, but there are still some bright points of light here and there.

I called to get my username about 2:30pm today. A woman answered the phone and was very rude and said I can update my address online. I informed her I forgot my username. She slammed some stuff on her desk and took a deep breath and was like what is it?
Now my experience banking with Woodforest is they usually ask for account or bank card number. I don’t know what her problem is or why she even works in customer service if servicing a customer is such a problem to her. Also do not know what what is it even means?
I restrained from cussing her ragged and let her know mama you have a very nasty attitude and I don’t even want to talk to you. Called the ft worth location and Melissa was very kind and helpful and had me taken care of in less than 5 minutes.
I see multiple reviews for bad attitude at this location and I do believe it is time for management to address the issue at hand. Poor customer service.
