They sold me a plan that AT&T no longer supports. I got switched to a much more expensive plan that I did not want. When I asked to cancel the plan and for my money back (same day) I was told that they couldn't cancel the plan and that there were no refunds. Not sure if it is incompetence or outright fraud. I won't do business there again.

Qui was absolutely amazing! I had so much anxiety coming in, and she handled my situation so fast & made it happen!! I was able to get a new phone (that I love) and was in and out in a timely manner. Will definitely be revisiting this location with any of my needs!!

Shaquita was extremely helpful with upgrading our phones. We got there thinking we had time but the transfer took forever, she stayed an hour after closing to make sure we were all taken care of!! She was so positive and I could tell she had a heart of gold!!!

Shaquita is amazing! She is incredibly personable and is fantastic multitasking. She helped us switch out our phones and even though it took forever to switch just bc there was so much data on our phones, She was super patient and professional.

Shaquita did an outstanding job with us on a transfer from Verizon to ATT. She stayed late and worked past closing to help us set up our phone and get us going. There were technical difficulties and she helped with customer service on ATT side and Verizon.
Highly recommended!

Me and my wife came to upgrade our phones and it was a great experience. J the man that helped us with the upgrades made it go smooth and we even had a few laughs.

A comedian was making fun of people who take the time to review. He said, "who has time for this?" I'll tell you the purpose of reviews. So we can get good customer service. It's almost disappearing at this point. Anyway, Christian went above and beyond to help. Highly recommend him.

I've only had Jordan's services when I've gone to that particular store on Marina Bay. He goes over and beyond expectations. I've seen him do every customer that comes in there that way. I truly appreciate him and his customer service with ATT.
