Just a small mom and pop shop that is not professional. For over a year they do not offer printed labels. Great for package drop-offs, but not for much else. Also, just depends on who is working. Some staff are great, but if you get the wrong person it is not a good experience. They are unable to quote prices depending on who is working and are just to hit and miss to waste time on.

The lady who works there or owns the place is a very kind and empathetic person.This is the only place I will ever go to fax my paperwork or ship out my items! Excellent and speedy service!
