“I was really surprised at how caring the GM at this store was, my coupons wouldn't go through, I showed him it did apply and he was so carry he honor them. It was just a nice surprise, I go to Dollar General several in the area and while everyone is nice no one had truly gone above and beyond like him.”
“There are a lot of items, and it's surprising that even though the prices are cheap, the quality is incredibly good. They also sell seasonal items. For example, when I recently visited at the beginning of February, they already had items for sale for the Valentine's Day season. The staff here also provide good service.”

“This is one of my favorite stores. Everything and new things are always in stock. Heidi was fantastic, knowledgeable, and a very cool store associate. Heidi is the personification of happy vibes. She is an extraordinary person. Cheryl was the cashier and she was extremely warm and pleasant. Would recommend to anyone.”
“This is my wife's favorite location. This one is larger than most with some extra variety not available in the smaller stores. The staff is friendly and seems to take more pride in the store as a whole. It's rarely unorganized and almost always very tidy, unlike some of the more understaffed stores. Well done.”
“This store was extremely clean and all three ladies were super helpful. I went to this location after a terrible experience I had at the League City Pkwy location. My review for the is as follows: down the aisle where I was waiting and asked me if the young man had told me that they didn’t have it. I feel it was so quick that she didn’t look thoroughly, but that of course was an assumption. Then the two older women were having a conversation about “someone” told me they had inventory and twisted my words around because they clearly didn’t listen. The facial expressions they made were completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I didn’t hold back from pointing out their actions and behavior. One lady tried to apologize. She said she didn’t know I was talking to her and the other lady with the bandage on her wrist gave me the hand gesture as to shut me up. These women obviously take advantage of the young man on the register while they sit in the office complaining about the store instead of putting away inventory. Thankfully the 518 & 45 location had over 20 cartons. I purchased 4, but someone from Corporate needs to assess the League City Parkway location because that store is a mess! And those women complaining about the company probably need to retire.

“All of the employees and management here at this Dollar Tree are absolutely wonderful people. Love to shop here, great values. The store is clean and well organized. They just remodeled the landscaping and parking lot area. Beautiful new mural being artistically painted upon the side of the building. They are a wonderful part of the League City landscape. They are kind enough to allow me to park my semi truck there while I’m at home which allows me to visit their store on a fairly regular basis.”

“A little disheveled as far as organization. Pretty well stocked. They have a grocery section with milk, snacks, crackers as well as clothes, gardening supplies, laundry detergent etc etc. Lots of parking. Appears to be safe. Well lit parking area.”
“I had a very heavy bag of items and the cashier took it to my truck for me (there wasn't any other customers). I have a handicap and use a cane. The other lady working was also extremely helpful. It was a very good experience!”
“I love coming here because the ladies working are always super sweet and always greet customers walking in. They make the customers feel very welcome!
However, there's always various homeless men hanging out in front of the store, asking for money as you leave. I noticed many customers actually give them money, so yeah of course they keep coming back.
It shouldn't be up to these women to approach these men and make them leave, as it could be dangerous, but this issue needs to be handled, as it's been going on for years. Sometimes I straight up leave and go somewhere else when I pull up and see a man there.”
“The store in San Leon has the nicest people working there. The mngr is so good I left my phone there and I went back to get it hoping it was still there, the mngr was so good she didn't give it to me till I could prove I had the right phone. I love shopping there thank u employees”
“This family dollar has great Christmas inventory. I was helped by a cashier with pink braids. She greeted me soon as I walked in and helped me decide on what tree I should get. The store was very organized and clean. I was checked out immediately, and told, happy holidays”. I appreciate the great service.”

He saw me struggling carrying things in my hand and he immediately stopped what he was doing and grabbed me a bucket. Employees with character are hard to come by and employers should do their best to keep those like him!!”
“I appreciate dollar tree. This is a great location with great staff.
The beef I have with the Dollar Tree is the same most people do. The price increase from $1 to $1.50 is greedy and uncalled for. You can not tell people a blatantly false story for your higher than inflation pricing. It's ridiculous, it's ugly and it will be sad to see the Dollar Tree decide to fold up and shut down instead of doing what it does best by serving the community with products needed at an affordable price.
This greedy corporate way is the demise of the people.
This store in the community is staffed with wonderful people who deserve a livable wage with work, life, community balance and my hope is the Dollar Tree will be a stand up company that provides this and in return will profit based on this.”
“This is an update to a review made awhile ago which was a 1 star. The store has made many changes looks more like a Dollar General. (Same floor plan) but best of all the staff has changed. Cashiers are friendly and helpful. Manager is on top of things going on at the store. So I'm changing rating from 1 Star to 4. Would give 5 stars if floor plan was not a copy of other branded store.”

My second return visit for the year. Since I've chosen my last two holidays to visit here. That is if you count Halloween as a holiday. Today I bought a $5 Harvest Throw plush blanket. When I arrived, the Webster fire department had a few people inside and out by the doorway. So I waited until they cleared out, in case they was an investigation or problem inside the store.
This place is the best retail store in this shopping center. Next to the Half Price Books. Every time I visit here, I try and plan both of them in one trip.
It's best to know what you need before walking inside. Its not big enough to browse, with too narrow of aisles, for a relaxed shopping cart experience.”
“I was having difficulty finding travel sized items that I had missed while packing for a business trip. Joyce, Assistant?? Manager helped me find my items, was extremely friendly, and made suggestions for alternate items when I couldn't find exactly what I needed. I will shop here again.”

“I went shopping at this location late at night, next day I realized I lost my wallet and couldn’t find it anywhere. I went there to ask if someone found it and had returned. Mrs. Tina was there and she went above and beyond to help me locate my wallet, I ended finding it later in my house. Thank you so much Mrs. Tina for your help and excellent service. Definitely recommend this location.”
