“Sweet Spot Sweet Spot! I love it here. I use to visit before they moved to this location. They have a wide variety of records, old and new. Prices range accordingly with new and old records. You're always welcomed when you enter, which is a nice personal touch in my eyes. I LOVE that they were able to withstand COVID as so many smaller personal owned businesses were not. “An employee had an issue with me checking out in the self checkout line, we were already at a register and she told us to go to the employee run register. I said we were ok and she said “well it’s 10 items or less” with a snotty attitude. I was upset with Target I was ready to leave on the spot. However, the lady Apple at the register was so nice and patient with me, I instead decided to speak to a manager. I ended up speaking with Ginny and Vickie (I believe was her name) and they were honestly the nicest people. Ginny, Vickie, and Apple are the reasons I love target. Their customer service was unmatched. I was so incredibly angry over 14 items being an issue (which I hadn’t counted until after, I thought it was 10) and was completely turned around by the care and patience of the management team. I am very impressed with Ginny and how she handled the situation. She definitely deserves a raise. Thank you to the kind ladies at this location for making my night better and treating me with compassion.”

“I go here to pay for my disabled brother's service. The store is ALWAYS clean, and the employees are ALWAYS helpful and nice! They always offer savings that I may be interested in (I'm not), and they are just so helpful! Although I can't really sign my brother up for the discount programs they offer I really do appreciate them trying to help me save him some cash! I've been to other Cricket stores to pay and don't receive anything close to the level of service and professionalism that I get at this store! Congrats to all of you!”
