“Went in recently to upgrade my iPhone 14 Plus to the 17 pro max and it was one of the easiest and quickest phone experiences I’ve had. I got a great deal on the upgrade and the store manager Nano was the one who helped me. He was very quick, friendly and informative about the whole transaction. Would recommend this location 10/10.”

“Aurora Was amazing! She literally took time to go over a promotion for me to switch from T-Mobile to cricket. I had an old iPhone 11 and with this promotion I was able to get the iPhone 16E(3 to be exact) for an amazing deal. I had initially went to the location on el dorado but they were trying to charge me 3x more than what I was expecting with no real reason. I left immediately and came to the bacliff location. With this deal I went from $268 a month with T-Mobile to $110 a month with cricket. Extremely happy and satisfied with the process and switching over. Don’t hesitate to go if you’ve been thinking of it and ask for Aurora!”

“If it wasn't for Amazon prime I wouldn't be with this company. They suck with customer service, prices are not that great, the upgrade program is a pure joke and one they think is so great, news flash, an upgrade isn't paying for the 3/4 of a phone plus tax and bill.

“Just had an extremely awesome experience in the Bacliff Metro store. The two girls that were working were just wonderful. They both went above and beyond to help me. I want to give a shout-out to both of them. Ignacia and Barbie were the best employees I have ever encountered in any Metro store. I think they should both get promoted or at least both get raises... More money for being so helpful. I was actually dreading going in the store but I am leaving extremely happy because of these two ladies.”

After a long day at the Apple Store, what was supposed to be a simple battery replacement turned into a much bigger issue caused by the Apple technician. Thankfully, the team at T-Mobile stepped in and resolved everything by replacing my phone and even staying after hours to make sure it was properly set up. They truly went above and beyond, and I’ll definitely return if I ever need help again. Give them all a raise!”

“I was in a rush and stopped in yesterday to find some baked goods for a party. The young lady Desiree was very helpful and found exactly what I needed she is attentive and has a great smile! I was searching for party plates as well, the employee by the makeup department looked clueless when I asked where the plates are located and she was not able to help. I stopped by the Starbucks area on my way out and was presented with samples that were delicious I stepped out of my comfort zone with my usual drink and got a grande size of the refresher.”
“I visited this Target a few days before Christmas to buy my son some Christmas gifts. The store was clean and organized. The staff was so nice and friendly.I ended up getting my son a couple of shirts and shorts for next summer, a Scooby-Doo DVD, a sesame street boom with a record player, and a play dough set with more play dough.The cashier was so sweet and nice. She took care of us well. The only downfall is that the Starbucks inside of this Target wasn't open but it's not a big deal considering there is a Starbucks in the parking lot.I will return to this location”
