I have yet to move in, but the Site Manager is awesome. He took me on a tour of the property and showed me the unit. The leasing process was a breeze and only took a few minutes!

Great facility, I love all of the space and options available. I would give them a 5 star rating, but sometimes their gate doesn't work or is busted up in one way or another. There is another way out, but I always fear I'm going to get stuck there if I go after the office has closed. Also, they have no restrooms for their customers. With me having multiple sclerosis, that can be a major issue. Aside from these two issues, as long as you can handle dealing with the gate issue on occasion and don't need to use rhe restroom immediately while you're there, it's a great place and far superior ro others we have used in the past!

Great people to deal with, Elijah went extremely fast for me and went out of his way to help as I was in a hurry to store an RV.
They give me a list of what I needed. I got it to them, they handled it, all took place within an hour.
Would refer them to everybody.
If I could give him a 10 star I would.

Wow! That was quite possibly one the Best experiences I’ve ever had dealing with a business. Needed a storage asap so I stopped by this storage facility and Angel was just amazing! Super friendly and kind, showed me a few little buildings, we made a decision and I was in and out less than 20 minutes after deciding on which one I wanted. Thank you extra space storage facility and thank you Angel for being just awesome this morning I really appreciate that, was very refreshing to say the least.

I recently rented a unit at Extra Space Storage in Kemah and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with outstanding customer service by Angel and Elijah. Both of them were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient as they answered all of my questions and walked me through the rental process.
Angel went above and beyond to make sure I understood all the options available and helped me choose the right unit for my needs. Elijah followed up with great attention to detail, ensuring everything was clean, secure, and ready for move-in. Their professionalism and friendly attitude made a potentially stressful process smooth and even enjoyable.
The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. With service like this, I feel confident my belongings are in good hands. Highly recommend this location—especially if Angel and Elijah are there to assist you!
