Leaving this review for service from fedex delivery company. I recently had a package delivery I missed. Fedex went above and beyond to get the package to me after our location was reported as closed to get the package to me the following day. They followed up with me the following day to make sure we had great service on that delivery and ensured the package reached us. The customer service for that follow up call was American. I was very grateful for the follow-up. Fedex as a company is a lot more accountable than UPS.

I’ve been up here 3 times in the last couple weeks and each time Steven/Stephen has helped me get something printed when I couldn’t figure out the kiosk, answered any questions and was just overall kind during a process I really didn’t feel like doing.

The man working here was so attentive and respectful, He came outside the counter and helped me pack 2 packages l was trying to send to the Consulates office in HoustonI forgot his name but l want to say thank You for being so nice ?

I use print and go and never had issues with the machine. The lady that currently works there is friendly and helpful. 16 cents to print a black/white paper is not bad for a printer emergency and needing something fast!

The FedEx store inside Walmart in Kemah is awful. I would leave Zero star if I could. I have a business account and was shipping 2 small boxes. I was unable to print the labels but I had checked the weight an size at the office. The cost for both was about $25.00Dalton, printed the 2 labels totalling $47.00I was sending it ground, and nicely told him a mistake had been made. He was rude and questioned my account. The manager was a cricket. I asked for my packages back and mailed them priority (2days) from the Kemah Post office, two blocks away. $27.00.

The amount of time I have wasted in this FedEx because of hiccups with barcodes and the printer is, frankly, amazing. However, the staff always has great intentions and I always get at least 75% of what I need.

I shipped an item back to Groupon at the FedEx Kemah store inside Walmart. Then I lost my tracking number. Groupon continued telling me I wouldn’t receive my $300 refund because they never got thei item back. I decided to give it a try and contact FedEx which I knew it wasn’t their responsibility. A lady name Crystal got my information called me back within 15 minutes and had everything for me. Thank you so much, it wasn’t your responsibility I know you were busy and if it wouldn’t have been for you I wouldn’t have gotten my money back!!! I appreciate you so much Crystal & FedEx!
