The employees are extremely rude and unfriendly. They don’t interact with the customer at all. They just talk amongst themselves, ignoring you the whole time. I will not be back.

I absolutely love them! Michelle is the best! They are patient! A Precious Diamond in the Dark, only because they’re tucked in a corner. I’ve had great experiences, I can’t complain and I’m very picky!

Me and my mom love going here to get our nails done. I’ve always been super nervous about letting nail techs do nail art or do designs due to overpricing and the quality I have received from other places in the past but I had an amazing experience with LA nails and my tech. My nail tech was “Michelle”. She took her time, very sweet, didn’t rush, made sure everything everything was perfect, and a great pricing, she made sure the design was exactly what I showed and reassured me every step if I liked how she was doing my nails. I’m very satisfied with my experiences and my nails. The first picture was my reference and the others are her work. 10/10 recommend her and the place itself.

This business has rude people that talk a foreign language about you in front of you when you ask them not to do that. I went there to have mat black powder coat put on my nails witch has no shine and they seriously acted like they didn't know what that was. I then told her that mat black powder coat has no shine at all and she told me there 2 kinds and so there's 2 different prices becasy one last longer, I knew that was not correct so I said as long as I get what I want I don't care. That lady tured and started talking to another lady in Chinese about me after I ask her not to do that and I also said if she dose not speak English then I don't want her to do it. And that who I got. I also I told her that mat black powder coat has no shine what so ever. I the middle she got a phone call and presedd to talk to someone in the phone is Chinese instead of paying attention to her job. What I received for my hard earned money was not even close to what I wanted. This place is rude and they do what the want to do no matter what you say. I do not recommend this place.

I love this place! I went here for 5 years straight! They have amazing prices as well as service! Michelle would ALWAYS do my nails. For my powder refill it was 28 and your basic pedi starts at 25.00 and the priciest is 40-45.00 They stayed open late many of times for me which I truly appreciate! They never rushed me out of there for running late from work either. I also had my eye brows done there numerous of times and they always gave me a shape while keeping them nice and thick! Thanks Michelle!
