My dog was put down last month, although the staff was extremely comforting I have not been able to retrieve my dogs remains and urn. I have called over and over and text with someone but cannot get a resolve. I am so appalled at the level of unprofessionalism. I just want to grieve in peace

I place orders here every few weeks usually for litter. For the second time I decided to try curbside. For the second time ive had no one bring it out. I've been waiting for over 20 minutes. The hope was that I wouldnt have to try to cart out the heavy litter with the extra stuff but again it looks like I have to go in and retrieve my order. Extremely frustrating since almost every time I walk in there are little to no customers.

I like that there are choices of pet food stores. Variety of wet cat food is a plus. Even adopted 1 of my cats there.

For the last 3 times I have visiting your store you have been out of sophersh clumping crystals in blue. The red stains. I ended up at the Petco League city , tx. Which is not so close to my house. I love shopping at Petco.
