This place has mold in the walls. It’s very obvious that this place has been flooded and was never gutted out. All they did was slap paint on the walls. There is mold build up around all the vents. There was a broken chair in the kitchen, my husband almost fell out of the chair just by slightly leaning back. The place is not cleaned well. There was someone’s hair in the sheets. You can tell the furniture never gets moved to clean because there’s dust build up all over the bedside tables.Don’t plan to utilize the kitchen because it’s very minimal on utensils. The only spatula is flattened out & un-useable. No spices/oil or really anything. They only have the absolute basics. Doesn’t seem like they actually care about people who like to cook which was the only reason I really got the place.Other than that this place was great. Cute little spot with a jacuzzi. It’s in walking distance of kemah boardwalk and is quiet.

View is spectacular, rooms are comfortable. B&B is a little misleading - they do not serve breakfast. There is a community kitchen where you are welcome to cook your own. The big community living room is nice. Some fixtures in rooms are dated and need replaced, like mirrors losing silvering. TV reception in rooms is a little fuzzy, even though they have cable. Overall, it's a nice place to chill and we'll probably stay there again, but excellence is in the details, so 3 stars.

What a wonderful place, very spacious. Very clean room with a gorgeous view of the water. There is an ice bucket in the room but we never located an ice machine.

Called because I had questions about reservations just by the the way front desk answered my call I would never stay here. If guy hates his job so much he should probably look somewhere else.

It was an absolute delight being here and honestly would tell everyone to come here if this want a nice little get away and not wanna stay in a hotel with a ton of people. I know that we'll be coming back when we get the chance to that's for sure.

We’ve stayed here over the last 7 years, this is the 1st time we were disappointed. We booked Room 2 but we’re given Room W instead. The closet had quite a but of very visible mold. The room was hot from checkin to checkout. The minute we’d leave the room, we could feel the difference. We lowered the thermostat to 71 & thought after dinner it would’ve cooled down but we had to leave the door open to allow cool air in before bed. I believe the room vent possibly wasn't working. Next morning was not as hot but not cool either. Room was very outdated and dusty. Bright side: The view is beautiful and you can’t beat the price. If they’d invest in the mold removal, AC repair and updating & old dusty furniture then we’d be back.

We have been staying at this place for the past 3yrs for New Years Eve. We look forward to staying here every year. Except for this year....this year was different. The people that run this place are something else. We have read all the house rules and abided by them. We had guests over on the second floor enjoying the fireworks and hanging out for New Year’s Eve. About 3am the owner comes up out of nowhere threatening that Kemah PD has contacted them about a noise complaint. Reminder...we were not being loud at all just having casual conversations amongst us. This lady has the audacity to tell me to go inside because of the complaint. We have never had this kind of trouble before and will never be visiting again. I can understand if we were banging loud music and being obnoxious at 3am but we were nowhere near that. Needless to say we checked out at 4am and went home. If you like party and do not go to bed at a decent time I do not recommend staying here. We will no longer stay at this place and hope that the next person that stays does not experience this. Very disappointed in the hospitality we received this evening.

This place wad beautiful. Loved the private peir and the location is perfect. The room was a little outdated and there wasnt the accommodations most hotels would have but it was nice. Had to drive to the store upon arrival as there was no toilet paper... ? but its was nice and private.

We stayed in room 5 this weekend and it was so nice. Walking distance from the boardwalk and restaurants. The jacuzzi tub in the room was awesome and the pier was beautiful. Just wish it hadn't been so cold so we could have spent some more time out there. We will definitely be back when it is warmer!

A wonderful getaway. We're able to fish off their private pier and it's within walking distance to Kemah boardwalk. We've rented from one run to the entire home. Super accommodations.
