Renting the trailer went fine. But we have been charged $140 for moving help we did not receive and U-Haul keeps sending me in circles to get a refund.They also never answer their " Live Chat " so you must call and wait an hour on hold to get any help whatsoever. Ridiculous, another greedy company willing to take your money but not give it back.

They’re quick to add additional coverages even if you repeatedly tell them no. They must be making commissions off of the coverages.Visit another location if possible

Worst return experience. They say to check in online but there is no online check in! After being on hold and waiting an hour, I gave up and paid the extra check in fee. Never Uhaul again, use Ryder or Longhorn Rentals.
