I would like to thank our mail carrier Jennifer
She is a great mail carrier in Bacliff / Kemah area when she’s out we don’t get our mail on correct address.
She’s very carrying, friendly, and gets along with everyone. And she doesn’t mind pick ups I have a lot sometimes she doesn’t complain a bit. We love her and miss her when she’s not around. Hands up for you Jen we appreciate all you do rain or shine.

I went in to get about 15 prepaid boxes to ship care packages to my cousins before college and when I asked the man at the counter for 7 more he said he needed to save them for paying customers, I just left. He was so rude and I am a paying customer!

I’ve never been to a post office with better service than this place. Chris is absolutely wonderful and I am so grateful for the help he provided me with the mound of mail I had to send out for work. We could use more people like him in the world!

We use this post office quite a bit and the staff is always so kind and helpful. They are always extremely honest when we present a concern. Highly recommended by our family to use this facilty.

Your people may be incompetent, BUT need to stop sending my bank card back, KEMAH is literally a 1 mile radius and you are incapable of getting my mail to 1029 Marina Bay Drive # 105, what is the problem? They're sending it FED EX being you are incompetent!!!! Second time sent back. IDIOTS!!!!! The mail is to be left at the office here as you should already know!!!!! But no worries, I let them know you are having issues with competency and FED EX took over.

Although the photo machine broke down yesterday. They treated us very well. They are agile and very friendly. I didn't have an appointment for my passport and they still attended to me.

Post Master Shirley went above and beyond, for a package I had sent out that was undeliverable and missing part of my return address. So it was just sitting in the post office. She personally delivered it to my store! Thank you for such great service and caring! And my Dad thanks you too. It was his Father's Day gift!
