Moderately bussing store. Great selection, workers are questionable. A lot of the staff are very helpful and friendly, and will go out of their way to help you! However, a small portion of the staff are unhelpful, rude, or unprofessional. The store is moderately clean, most of the time there are no messes. I appreciate the recent remodel, although it seems as if the brand new thinks are already breaking. There is an entirely shattered display shelf, which is quite interesting. In the produce, the bag holders didn't have that little hook to break the bag seal, nor were they in confident spots. The store is moderately ghetto, not a lot though. Store has great potential, Walmart is a great company. I love how they stock the rubbing alcohol in the pharmacy section, good job! This store is very nice, it can be bougie. Goodbye

I just moved to this area and this Walmart is by far one of the best Walmarts I have been too. This Walmart is clean and the clothes section definitely jumps out and makes you want to look through it! The workers were nice as well. I don't have a single complaint!

Useless staff, useless management. I understand that since Covid just about every place of business has gone downhill in customer service and quality. Walmart is no exception, talk about making a customer feel about as welcome as a fart in an elevator.

We came here when we were visiting Walmart and let me tell you! Whoever is the manager of this location needs a HUGE KUDOS and a raise! This is hands down the cleanest, most organized Walmart I have ever seen. On top of that, everyone that greeted us and passed by that worked there were all smiles and super friendly! Every single Walmart I have been in, in any state is dirty, unorganized, rude staff and under staffed. They have tons of self check out (which I'm not a fan of because less jobs for community) but there were still about 10 associates live to ring you up as well. I was even amazed at how clean the restrooms were; clean, fully stocked and perfectly maintained. Great job to all the employees who clearly have pride in their work!

If I could have the option of no stars I would. This place has gone to crap! 4 yrs ago when I moved here it was nice,not too crowded but lately it's been getting worse! The manager who wanted to block a whole lane just so he can move mulch is ridiculously rude!! Never met anyone so unprofessional ever in my 48 years of life. He was obnoxious and rude told me to go around instead of just scooting up just a tad bit so I can go by.. not sure why the city lets them block 3lanes just for mulch! Like the couldn't put it somewhere nicer instead of the dang parking lot. He (manager) with a stripped up button up with jeans and glasses lacks common sense and courtesy for others. Why he's a manager beats me!! Re open a Sams or hire other managers would be great for this crazy part of town. Seabrook/Kemah is for good helping individuals that's why I stay here.

Worst experience with pick up service ever in the history of all pickup services. I've only been waiting 2 hours for my groceries and they could care less. I placed this order two days ago and scheduled my pickup. People are coming out every 30 min walking slow as hell.

Absolutely the worse customer service ... which it is apparent means nothing to this conglomerate. In my opinion (1) star is generous in reference to pick-up and/or delivery. I'm not sure why they bother offering either service when they can't meet a (1) hour window. And the poor customer service continues with in store experiences. Knowing this may help keep your expectations low and with that you'll be OK.

We don't come here often because of how rude majority of the staff is. My fiancé and I go to the deli and Rebecca will be the reason I continue to return. She was so sweet and had a smile on her face and has everytime we've seen her. The other deli workers are of no help. This lady needs a raise and a promotion. Will continue to come back to see her. Thank you Rebecca for making my day everytime I see you.

Worst experience EVER!!! David the coach manager has no customer service skills, I don't know how he is still even employed in this industry. I went and there was large shorts on sale for 1/2 the price, and when I asked for the same discount to be applied on the same exact shorts same color and everything except a smaller size he threw a fit at the counter and ripped the discounted sticker off and claimed it was first "only on sale because of the color". So I said great can you price match the smaller size in the same color? Then the excuse was "it was a mistake these are full price" watching a grown man throw such a hissy fit was humiliating let alone the fact that he's their leadership... I attached the pictures and the tag correctly labeled matching the tag on the shorts. I also filled out the survey on the receipt but just got a call back from that same store just a customer service agent who said David is their boss so there's nothing they can do.

You know what, I'm sick and absolutely tired of this place! My dad usually goes there and shops for us to get food on the table for me due to me working and barely making any money. Most of the items he was searching for, well y'all didn't have it lol! Service sucks. Register 12 must be a fetish for you people lol. ALDI is doing better than y'all and I would absolutely love to start shopping over there instead of WalFart. I also take my car here to get it worked on, I always have problems with it afterwards. Walmart, get your shet together or you will start losing thousands of customers!!!!!!

They don't take care of their plants very well. Most of them were dead, or dying. I know it's hot as sh!t, but it's a GARDEN CENTER...They should know how to take care of the plants. Also, I think the heat was getting to the greeter cause he couldn't even answer a simple question.??

2 stars is about right. They don't even tell you they don't have enough cash to support the self checkout. Nope, you find out when you go to pay cash and then get sent to a regular checkout where the teller is slow AF. Register 12.
