I purchased brand new upgrades back in August 2023 from this location; Samsung Galaxy 23 Ultra & S23+.Everything seemed great. Although, you know what we've been told growing up; things aren't always as they seem.I recently had a warranty issue with my phone, tried to take it to another location to have it taken care of, only to be informed that we DO NOT have insurance on either one of our $2,000 worth of devices. I thought, "hmmmm, that's odd. I specifically remember my wife and I being asked if we would like insurance on our devices, definitely replying with a 'yes'."It turns out that not only did our salesman fail to add insurance to our devices, fail to inform us of a time restraint in adding insurance to our devices (30 days in case you're wondering), but also failed to provide us with a PROPER receipt that would notated account changes. Yeah, we receive receipts alright. But they were simple confirmation of card charge receipts. So I have no hard proof that they failed.To top it all, upon transfer after transfer within Xfinity's multiple departments, they REFUSED to own up to and accept their employees mistakes. I wasn't asking for anything free. All I wanted was insurance added to my account which, you guessed it, I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR!! I have many choice words I'd like to say about this company, but for the sake of professionalism, I would urge you to heed my warning and go elsewhere if there are ANY other options. Poor customer service all around. They don't even deserve the minimum one star rating.

Great store. Helpful staff!Xfinity - you need to give Derek a pay raise ASAP. The man is a literal superhero. Very knowledgeable, helpful and was able to solve all my absolute mess of problems in about 2 minutes!Thanks Derek!

Garbage customer service. XFI does not have advertised range, so I can not connect all the devices in my smart home… Employee solution- “wait 14 days and you’ll get an email” to which I have to say the service sucks, and only then after 14 days of no service will they offer me a free extender

The store employees are friendly and very helpful and they have some awesome deals with mobile. I was able to get 3 lines unlimited everything for only $90 and it gave me a discount on my internet bill. I'm super stoked to save money

Mobile services sucks! They wanted me to add their mobile services to my Xfinity package and I told them I would think about it. They sent a sim card anyway and on the day it was received the package was never opened and taken to the Kemah location and returned. I made sure I received paperwork stating it was received and services never started by their sales staff. NOW 2 months later after I cancelled my Xfinity Tv stuff and returned their modem and equipment ( which I have receipts for too). They charged my card for mobile services I never requested after I paid my final TV bill. After 3 1/2 hrs on the phone I'm given a number for collections because I closed my accounts with them and they can't see it to help me and I'll have to call them tomorrow.I will NEVER recommend Xfinity to my friends or family. They took money from me and now are refusing to refund it! SHame on them!!

Scheduled 2 different appointments for a tech to come out because my WiFi is dropping out constantly. Can't stream on the computer or use PC. Still not fixed. Xfinity is trash

Y'alls internet service is so slow. My TV is freezing, consistently loading, and pixel screen. It's worse than Optimum (Suddenlink).

Went there to pick up a gateway but ended up opening a second account instead of activating an online account I created earlier.Was given a sim card, that was activated straight away and, thus, the billing started the same day, although I asked them to allow me to activate it later.
