This bank loves your money so much they don't want to give it back. Account or no account, depositing a check requires a multiday hold with no cash back. NOT customer friendly.

I had an account at this bank with my ex wife more than 15 years ago. She kept the account after we got divorced. When we sold our house we cashed our checks there and I was told there was an outstanding balance. I offered to pay that and I was told they didn’t want to do business with me for some reason. So now when I cash checks drawn off that bank Im told they have to charge me a 2% fee. Poor customer service.
