“Love the hours here, staff super friendly. Only thing I don’t get is why they can’t scan QR codes yet. I’ve actually been to smaller towns/post offices that have the equipment needed to scan QR codes easy peasy. Other than that, this is a great post office.”
“I used to work for the post office in a big metro area. I know how cold and uncaring the branch managers can be and often are. This branch surprised me. My certified/priority mail receipt with tracking numbers was destroyed sometime after I got it home, and it was for my tax return. For obvious reasons, maintaining this receipt was very important. I took a longshot and emailed the post office with the transaction number from my credit card statement and asked if there was any way to retrieve the receipt from their system. Kimberly responded quickly assuring me she would look into it and only 1 business day later she let me know they found my receipt and are mailing it to my address. She went above and beyond what most any business would do. But this kind of excellence is all but unheard of for USPS. Thank you!!”
“Alright I will revise my rating since 6 years have past… Let’s say I have not had to request the post master. The staff is always so helpful and truly want to help. Is our postal service perfect? Nope. But do we have great people in Kaufman, absolutely.”

“I really wanted to tell the postmaster in my local post office (I love in Tool, TX ) what an amazing ,thoughtful mail carrier I have. Her name is Tammy and she goes over and beyond to make sure my packages are delivered to my door. I have a long drive way and she gets out of her truck and brings them to my porch. She covers my packages in plastic when its raining or if its going to. She is very polite and I really wanted to just say how much I appreciate her”
